Bought full version as the lite version says you will get ebooks and videos with it. Only get same mp3 plus 1 more. A little disappointed about that however I have found listening to the hypnosis has completely retrained my thought processes when shopping and eating. I have lost 11 lb this month already. Love this app. Its been about 2 weeks, but Im starting to notice that Im eating about half my dinner...just cant seem to finish the rest. It also helps me fall back to sleep when I wake during the night...im just confused as to the difference between the HD and non HD versions..I dont see a difference..also, are you supposed to listen to the full versions plus the affirmations at the same time or how often do you listen to either? Would be nice to have some introductory instruction...
