Easy DIY Carrot Pumpkin Characters

- Materials Needed:

1. a variety of pumpkins (one to represent each family member)
2. parsnips and carrots
3. sharp knife and cutting board
4. black craft foam
5. scissors
6. toothpicks
7. hot glue gun and hot glue sticks
8. black permanent marker
9. hats, sunglasses and other accessories


- Gather Pumpkins

Select pumpkins to represent each member of the family.

- Wash Parsnips and Carrots

Scrub off any dirt or debris clinging to the carrots and parsnips, and choose one or the other to represent each family member's nose.

- Cut Off Veggie Tops and Insert Toothpicks

Use scissors to cut various facial elements
