I wasn't keeping track and my points added up so they sent me a reminder. I received three checks totalling $205.00. No catch. They just monitor you while you use your device and, I presume, sell the data. Really don't care since I have a number and not a name. No surveys. Nothing.

I keep getting a message that I have to check to make sure the app is open. Very annoying. I can't get the app to work. The app keeps closing itself. Still so annoying!!!!

Anyone cant join its a random computer select i got on through a friend but later they said i cant be a member cuz its a computer community pic i did receive a check tho in 6 days i dont understand why anyone just cant join

My app closes on its own. The responses are short and rude as well...pointless.

I am on a prepaid data plan and this app being on my phone is eating straight through my data i have had it on my phone a day and a half and it had already ueed up a gig of my data

Every other week I get a text saying app is inactive. How about an update?

Did what is supposed to be done in order to use. DOES NOT WORK.

Only real panel u get paid without answering a thousand question and still get nothing

Its a great way to get a little extra cash but the app works for a little while but eventually it stops working and you have to uninstall the reinstall

Will Not Allow Me to Open the App, once I downloaded.

I downloaded the research app then You guys sent a text saying download the research app,us there another one I should be aware of ,I also entered my panel I'd and phone number and pushed sent data .. Its been on that same screen in the app frozen ... What's the deal Simmons?

Updated to Lollipop and now it crashes no matter what. Will fix rating when app is fixed

Once it goes to open screen, keeps saying has suddenly stopped. Will not go any further than that. No matter how any times I try.

Upgraded phone to Samsung S5 last weekend. Reinstalled app and am having the exact same issue as others have mentioned. Contacted SimmonsConnect & they texted a link for me to use after I uninstall the app. No difference. "Unfortunately, SimmonsConnect has stopped."

When the latest update came out for lollipop all it does is crashes will not go to next screen. Fix and I will update my rateing

Didn't receive their special panel id so why should i keep it on my phone?

I enjoy SimmonsConnect , and thier staff is very pleasant and helpful..
