About Karnataka Mobile One
Karnataka MobileOne brings together services of multiple state and central government departments as well as private service providers. Services include government services like utility bill payments, income and property tax payment, SAKALA services, bus and railway ticket booking, application for various government services and private services in the categories of healthcare, banking, travel, legal, agriculture and other areas.
Payments on MobileOne may be made through any of the payment methods such as Credit Card (Visa/ MasterCard, American Express), Internet Banking, Debit Card (Visa/ MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay), IMPS, Cash Cards and Telecom Wallets provided by Karnataka MobileOne.
MobileOne includes a service called iCare which allows responsible citizens to report civic, safety and other issues to relevant departments including BBMP, RTO and Police. Another service called mPower allows citizens to alert pre-configured contacts in case of an emergency. When activated, text messages are sent with location coordinates and a loud alarm triggered on the device.

BWSSB bill paid through this app is not reflected in the BWSSB system. I'm getting arrears pending in bill. Customer care phone number is worst, nobody talks after connecting.

Tried recharge metro smart card for Rs.200 and it dint reflect in the card and also my amount has been detected from my account. Please refund the account or credit it to my smart card. I also tried contacting the toll free number of "bmrc" and "Karnataka mobile one" but no one picked up the call. I have sent a email too. Please check the mail and credit or refund the amount.

There is no functionality to remove any registered biller. I have changed house 3 times and can not remove old BESCOM and bwssb account numbers and accidentally paid for others bills. Please add an option to remove or deregister any un used accounts

I just downloaded one RC extract. But how can I see the RC extract again. It's just not getting download. To see one more time the downloaded one I need to pay money. It's only for read purpose? I'm unable to download or save. Please let me know how can I download or see again.
