Gotland Art Week

16 – 23 augusti är det urpremiär för Gotlands nya konst- och kulturvecka, med över hundrafemtio evenemang och kreativa upplevelser runt hela ön.

Njut av allt från måleri, skulptur, foto och film till streetart, design, konserter och art-safaris. Med hjälp av appen kommer du med enkelhet hitta fram till alla dina favoriter. Om GAW
Gotland Art Week är en ideell förening vars syfte är att genomföra och marknadsföra eventet Gotland Art Week – en årligen återkommande konst och kulturvecka på Gotland. Ändamålet med veckan är att locka till sig och visa regionala, nationella såväl som internationella konst och kulturyttringar.

Föreningen vill genom eventet stärka Gotlands ställning som kulturell mötesplats i Östersjöregionen. Gotland Art Week arrangeras för första gången vecka 34, 16–23 augusti 2015. Visionen är att skapa en kulturell smältdegel. Ett evenemang som växer år för år, med fokus på konstnärlig bredd, höjd och variation.

Veckan ska ge utrymme för allt från måleri, skulptur, foto och film till teater, musik, design, arkitektur och graffiti. Från Sundre till Norsholmen. Den ideella föreningen Gotland Art Week ramar in, samordnar, kvalitetssäkrar och marknadsför evenemanget. Innehållet fylls av medverkande artister, föreningar, konstnärer, musiker, krögare, teatersällskap, gallerier och andra kreativa själar på och utanför ön.

If the GAW
Gotland Art Week is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to implement and market the event Gotland Art Week - an annual arts and culture week on Gotland. The purpose of the week is to attract and show regional, national and international art and cultural expressions.
