This is one of the most frustrating apps I've ever encountered. It's intended function appears basic but it's such a pain to use. Almost every time I try to log in with biometric method it fails and then I have to type my password, then set up pin / biometric again, then when I log out and try to log back in the same thing happens again. Why is it so hard to get this app right!

Freezes up a lot. Even freezes my Samsung Galaxy. Have to frequently uninstall then reinstall, sometimes twice in one day. This is an update 12/29/16. Having problems with the previous billed diagnoses not carrying over to the current day, using my GS6 Android. Have to fill in all the diagnoses all over again. The website has all the diagnoses, but wouldn't sync with the android. Been battling with this for 6 months now. No end in site. Pathetic.

I have used this app in iOS and it works relatively flawlessly. This app in Android is an absolute disgrace. It is essentially unusable in my practice because it does not sync AT ALL. I have tried multiple methods to sync what I type and it either removes my bills or does not register my changes to the chart. This is a serious problem with Android users and you should be ashamed that his app even passed basic inspection. It is awful and whoever is in charge needs to be taken to the woodshed for this unusable and misfortunate port of a functional iOS app. Google should revoke your license. Just shameful. This wouldnt even pass an undergraduate attempt at program.

Numerous unfixed bugs. PQRS queries don't synch when complete no matter how many times you click them. Patients vanish from the discharge bin never to be found again. Only officially compatible with IE (yes, a 20th century browser that no one uses any more) on the desktop. And glacial in speed. God help those of us that have no choice but to use it.

Phone: Samsung Note4. Prior to August update, application was helpful especially with putting in bills and list maintenance on the go. Now app does not work at all. I always get a 'failed to sync' message/error. All login info is correct and has been cross checked on multiple pcs and apple. I have attempted sync via WiFi both secured and unsecured networks, via 4g, 3g and LTE. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app countless times and continue to receive the same 'failed to sync'

Disclaimer, based on reviews to date. Not quite free. Actually ~$60,000 to start up, then ~$40,000 per year.I expect perfection. I give it one chance to work as designed. Crashes once, loses data as other reviewers say it does, done. I hope to change my 3 stars to 5 stars, hope to not change to 1 star. IM, you up to the task? Your sales people claim you are. I won't be your guinea pig to improve your product for you. You have one chance.

Application is looking towards running in the Olympics, but still training in Pampers. It has little ways to go before being called an enterprise solution.

The app works very well on initial install, it will then frequently lock up and will not update patient lists. When this happens the only remedy is to delete the app and reinstall it altogether. I'm running this on a Google Nexus 5.

Can't send DC notification without using a PC. We are no longer in the desktop world. Make an app that supports it. Company is sincere on calls but hasn't addressed any of my complaints beyond my call.

Got new phone (HTC Droid DNA) and with the improvements they have made, app even better. Use daily now for billing and find things much quicker than using desktop. Pin # to log in is great. My only criticism of mobile app (vs desktop) currently is it's not as easy to find some diagnoses, but you learn. Also inputting DOB is a bit cumbersome.Wonderful development team @ IM. If you have issues or questions, let them know. They respond quickly and actually care about your experience.

I gave a 5 star rating in my first review. After 6 months of using the app has few but Sig issues. 1. It takes for ever to log on ( up to 6 min). 2. Missing charges, billed on the phone but not showing up on the internet. 3. Now it is crashing frequently since message feature has been turned on.
