The concept behind this is old, but for a town like Dhanbad, Its nice. Though I installed yesterday and tried ordering, which got a response after few hours of ordering. The product shown on the order list was not in their list n still its showing available. To this the concerned person called n informed that they will try to arrange and do the needful. BUT waiting for 3 hours n didnt get respond from the department, I myself called to cancel the order for delivery. The status of my order still shows pending, rather than cancelled. And I am not sure for how long will they sustain in Dhanbad, if this is the condition NOW. Wont like to recommend if this is the condition. Wishing n hoping that they do better than this.

I shop on ur app 4 times in a month but today we shock when we check some products today we shock that how u cheat people by delivery expired product by ur end without quality check. Hope you clarify soon and looking forward on this matter.

Poor service. Didn't received my order after 2 days of order. Call not going on toll free no. Non veg items also not available.

They advertising that there is no minimum order for free home delivery but when I gave order of Rs100 these people are asking for a minimum order of Rs 300 or asking for a minimum delivery charge of Rs 30..

We have make the order twice but products not delivered....
