useless when i click the app it goes to settings wont do anything ...!!

Buggy as hell. Crashed numerous times and slowed my phone's CPU. Avoid.

Use to work great, now just keeps reverting back to settings and doesn't notify or show any bin data.

I installed this countless times and after completing my name and address etc all i get is a blank page! Please fix or i wont have a bloomin clue what goes out what day!

Useful app but will not let you report a missed bin on the day. You can only do it the day after collection was due. Would be better if you could report it missed after a cut off time of say 5pm.

Used to be really useful with the super complicated bin timetables that we have which I am sure someone thought was a good idea... However now just produces 'no bin data' useful... Not!

Whilst this app is great, it always brings up past collections when wanting to report missed bins. This cannot be bypassed so you have to also report a bin from weeks ago.

Great app. Once I put my postcode and address in and pressed back on my phone it was sorted and up n running great. Will get much use out of it.

When I open the app it stays on the settings screen and won't come out of it so can't use it.

Can't access the settings buttons after 1st set up.

Updated it today but can't access any features. Can see bins but that's it. Can't report or access tools.

Doesn't even work.

Had this installed for ages, worked perfectly however over past 2-3 months no bin dates despite refreshing over and over again. No longer any use as app.

Quite happily used this for a good while. However since update it is not working. Sort it out please!

Can't report missed bins, annoying because green and blue bins were not emptied this week

No bin data constantly yet dates are on the Internet , resetting does nothing. Uninstalling now

I never miss a bin day now.... Reminds me the night before!

Saves me waking up to the bin men banging the bins and realising mine are still in the garden lol

I can't set my address it won't let me do anything very fustrating

The colour of the bins isn't right it shows a green bin for general waste not black and vice versa I've spotted loads of bins near me being used incorrectly apart from that its ok great to get a reminder

I THINK THAT THIS IS A GREAT WAY I THINK IT SAVES ON PHONE CALLS I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS IT'S THERE PERFECT THING JUST WHAT I NEED I AM DISABLED AND YOU CAN GET HELP AND ASSISTANCE IN NEEDED LIKE IN. SOME CASES THEY WILL BRING YOUR BIN BACK FOR YOU GREAT SERVICE THANK. YOU DEBRA.

Loses the bin colours too often and has to reinstalled needs fixing good when working

Handy app but it opens a lot of the time when I haven't even clicked on it. So deleted

I used to copy the neighbours not realising that they were copying everyone else so we ALL put out the wrong bins. No longer! This app makes bin day a triumph every single time! Thank you Tameside, you did something right!
