HOPE To Go is an app created specifically for individuals who have participated in the Cove Forge Behavioral Health HOPE Program for recovery from opiate addiction. This app is based on the principles of the HOPE Program and provides ongoing support to individuals during their early recovery journey. HOPE To Go provides a self-help guide with information,assignments,and activities geared towards naturally increasing endorphin production and helping restore healthy brain functioning in early recovery. The self-help assignments help the individual to evaluate their symptoms,thinking and behavior to make healthier choices which support ongoing recovery. The app includes information about Endorphin Deficiency Syndrome,Neurochemical incidents,interventions,Post-Acute Withdrawal,nutrition,exercise,humor,brain entrainment,and ways to protect the healing brain.
