1996 - California Prop 215 - Adult California medical marijuana patients can cultivate 100 square feet for personal use and share not for profit. No more than 5 patients can collectively cultivate a 500 square foot space. A valid medical marijuana card is required and must be verified before accepting any money in exchange for medicine. It took many years but California now has an easily accessible and affordable medical marijuana card process for adults over 17.

2017 - California Prop 64 - Over age 20 can grow, give & trade up to 6 plants, 28 grams or 1 gram of concentrated Marijuana within California state lines. Inspired by the farm to fork movement in California we now share marijuana like any other seasonally produced necessity at a farmers market. As done worldwide since the beginning and soon to be a standard method for nationwide availability of America's most popular medicine.

It's currently illegal to send any part of a marijuana plant through mail delivery services because it has yet to be properly classified by the DEA.
