I have to say if I didn't love living in Irving so much I would give this application a 1 star but I just can't do that to MY city. I'm hoping it's just a work in progress and the city didn't pay much for this. It's some weird way to link to the Website (love new website) pages and some of those don't come up. I'm so disappointed too. Keeping on my phone for now, hoping it will better.
