Thyrocare for Android
It's a common practice with thyro care that after booking no one turns up for the sample. Please do not use the service
On which date my test was scheduled no one is appear for the sample collection and all the phone numbers are closed local sample mans pH no. which was given on SMS to me had leave the Thyrocar job 6 month back not a proper reply was given by the Mumbai office pathetic service. Then I called Bharuch office which was schedule for my test the incharg of the office Mr Manish said that " online booking karavge to esa hi HOTA he..." Third class is better then this
Unable to update mobile number in my profile. I am shifted from north to south and changed my mobile number, i want to update my old mobile number to new number to book test. Please suggest
Its all faulty reports... If u dont want to get panic then please dont go for this...I had done Wellness B profile .. In that my Creatinine level 2.12 which is very high..after that i went to my doctor he said its doubt.. then we repeat test it comes 0.9. Difference is about double. I was so panic i spent lots of money to repeat test & USG.. who is responsible for this....
It's really shame on path of thyrocare for such hopeless service. Neither u attend the call nor ur website works, but suggests for app download. I was exhausted calling thyrocare customer care for booking mini arogyam test & thyroid tests got booking id but no one responded......
Hopeless app.. no improvement even after so much suggestion on play.. bullshit. fetching data from server for ages..
Very poor service. No coordination in WhatsApp, phone calls & email. The company is just useless
EFDC8 is my booking ID, and schedule date is passed but no one appeared for blood sample collection, No contact number is working. No reply received over email. Why the hell you in market?
Yesterday I booked for appointment and scheduled time was today but no response. I guess we should not go towards any brand name THYROCARE, better go for some other options
I changed my password & entered, message "invalid mobile no. or password". Tried to register my mobile, message "already registered." Some major bug in the software.
I am really wondering how these apps are made without knowing any common problems.. To fill the date of birth i have to back 720 times as i am 60 years old and this app shows only present date.. There shd b a provision for entering dd/mm/yy format..
Does not work Did you guys even test it before releasing, it's 2017 and it ask for appointment in Feb 2016. What crap...
See how many times one has to tap for selecting his date of birth while creating profile ...there is no simple drop down menu where one can select year and month one has to tap 12 times to go to last year so one has to tap 12xage no of times to reach ones DOB.... also while booking test on app there should be option to select multiple beneficeries at one go and assign different tests to each one as per requirement ...is seems as per current design I have to book test for one beneficiary go to check out and again have to select different set of tests for another beneficiary ...
Can not book test uninstalled app again reinstalled wasted my time for 3 days to get clear on this problem now resolved .slow internet connection this app big problem with login
Accessing the App through even 4G network is slow. App access, specifically payment transaction need to be faster.
I tried to book the tests several times by using 4g network. It says Invalid API key. Similarly when I tried to add My Beneficery in the Relation Tab we cant select or Type but its not added due to Mandatory field is blank.
It not for app but for service you guys provide no sense of responsibility or ownership at all.I think downloading this or sending any communications to you is waste of time and energy.In short useless.
You have to follow up with home visit person to get sample collected for days. Can not take risk of paying online(in advance).
Horrible app. From last 2 days it is fetching data from server. Restarted the phone many times and also reinstalled the app but still fetching data
Thyrocare is gud but app is not u have to fast track everything if u don't wanna loose patients

App is bogus, always saying fetching data from server and taking 15 min. till searching for server.
Worst experience, I couldn't found any information to book the test...Only home page after login...
When I try to register, it complains of invalid API key.
Great Value for Money and easy to use app ... could work a little in the interface/smoothness ...... and must clearly mention which tests require fasting or other pre conditions.
Installed it for the 1st time, but not a good experience !! Still in "Fetching data from server, please wait ..." message. How long do I need to wait ??? Don't blame the network, I am on the state-of-the-art Relaince Jio network and that too at one of the well-covered places - JPNagar in Bangalore !! For a publicly listed company which is using technology to increase orders, this is not a good sign !!! UPDATE #1: Killed the app & started again, could not wait anymore. Now I have an aching thumb trying to enter my DoB by scrolling with it !! Thyrocare has to treat my thumb-ache for free, now !! UPDATE #2: I order a blood test package, even after reading the comments below. The final order details screen shows beneficiaries whom I have not entered at all and that too with their age !! There are some serious bugs in the back-end server code as well, changing my rating to HATED IT !!

Crap, slow unresponsive Mobile app. Need far far Improvement.
Performance poor...they forgot to collect urine sample...even after reminding for two days..no has come..playing game with patient life..
After installing, while first open of App "fetching data from server" takes long or never ends even with a 4G network connection. Really sucks..

Good quick responding service. Recieved my reports by 2 days. The app needs polishing inspite of it's slick UI.
Just downloaded, when registering it is showing " FETCHING DATA" and not proceeding. Tried for atleast half an hour.

The application needs proper maintenance. Online Payment page remains blank forcing me to go for Pay later option! It takes lot of time to load data & present it. Hope so the team has some respect for clients and does improve this app rapidly.
