I don't remember installing this app, then I got a notification saying "ad" in the corner and was worried id installed some adware by accident. Then I clicked it and it showed me an artist of the day! it was awesome! Each day I get shown an artist of the day and it reminds me to look at art. Great app.

Excellent. This app is teaching me about new notable artists which I had never heard of before, every day. Would be five stars if the interface was a little more polished.

Visiting famous places is awesome. Just the controls need to be freed up a bit more

Like having a little gallery in your pocket. Would love to see interpretations from art experts on the creation and meanings of works added...maybe some kind of wiki? All in all, a nice, cerebral app to dwell on for an hour now and then.

I would like the option to search for specific paintings, that would be nice. Why not make paintings searchable by name, century, and genre? I really do wish more paintings had background descriptions some say its not available. More in-depth descriptions/info would be nice for the ones that do already have descriptions. Like others have mentioned, for more information on the artist, it takes you to wikipedia which is Not the most reliable way to get information. Other than that i really love it so thanks!

simply the best collection ever which are online. You can actually download some of the artworks. All the paintings are well documented and you can browse by artists, genre, country, art movements and medium. I only wish the collection of Indian paintings were richer. Classical works of Ajanta and Ellora and contemporary works of Gaitonde and Ramachandran should have been included.

Preferred the way that favourites could be saved before the update. Otherwise brilliant for Art Lovers.

Would really benefit from a true "randomize" option, allowing the viewer to be exposed to more art available through the site. I believe prev versions had this. Otherwise great app!!

I searched for "jugendstil", and got no results.... can somebody explain this to me.... on an art app!? Well, two things, also I cannot save the images. An otherwise nice attempt at an art app.

One app that everyone who want to see real art should have. Although not complete, it has a good archive.

There is no option to download images.
