Can't get it to connect to the network. This is a terrible app.

I don't know if it's the air purifier or the app but I get it to connect to network, register device, then it will fail to connect device. I sent the air purifier back and got a replacement and I am getting the same results. Emailed mfg customer service at Quiet Pure but have not gotten any reply yet. Too bad. I hope I get a fix somehow and can use this app.
