Hush Viewer

So hard to set up, slow response time when you swipe the screen. Juddering and choppy footage. I have 57meg Internet speed so can not blame the Internet

If you ignore the appearance of the app it connects to the monitor and functions as a remote camera. The trouble is the app doesn't function as a baby monitor. As soon as the phone screen locks the video and sound stop making it completely useless a a monitor. Unless some pretty obvious basic functionality is added to the app this baby monitor is practically pointless.

The hush baby monitor and hush viewer app are by far the worst I've ever used. Hardly ever finds the monitor, when it does find the monitor it constantly freezes or crashes, the picture and sound quality are terrible. Absolute garbage, dont invest in the hush baby monitor.

Poor quality, freezing video and that's when it works. Tried on various phones and routers, she issue. Hush support is rubbish and stops communication when they don't have a clue

Picture always freezing, sometimes it picks up the camera other times it doesn't terrible picture and sound quality. Overall majorly unimpressed with this product

I love it so much, but the problem is the plug wire is too shut, and i can't download the app in PC is just only phone or tablet and it could be very good to have service that would alert you when there is sound or movement from the baby without having the camera app on. It good it runs in the background on the device when ur doing something else with ur phone.

Will not pick up my baby monitor at all. Other Hush app works fine....?

I see my baby sister all the time

It was working great them had stopped picking up wifi signal. So now only works if plugged in to wifi! Which is very annoying as i need camera to be upstairs in babies room! What can i do to fix this? Otherwise was a great little device!

Keeps telling me it cannot connect to wifi and it is connected, unplug the wifi cable and it freezes...

Useless App!!!!! Keeps freezing and crashing all the time!! Won't stay connected to the unit and have to find it every time!! Terrible picture and sound quality, not like on the advert at all!! Completely false advertising!!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE can you sort this app out! Video keeps freezing and the sound drops out, even after a couple of minutes! Love the product but the app seriously needs sorting!

Camera and night camera work great sound is good but wished the app was better so you could have an app daemon service that would alert you when there is sound or movement from the baby without having the camera app on. Ie it runs in the background on the device

Have an issue where the app crashes and force closes when i try and take a still photo from within the app. Reported it three times now via an error report and nothing is done, developer doesn't even acknowledge it! 3/4/14 - Three weeks have now passed and im yet to recieve a reply from the developers, 21/4/14 6 weeks now! I have even emailed them directly and they ignored that too!! This is disgusting customer service, you dont deserve customers!

Would be better but for some reason on the iPhone app you can zoom in, and on my HTC theres no option, also when I'm in the same house as the monitor I can talk/listen to the baby...when at work I don't have the option.just the video which is a shame as I would like to talk to my baby

Quick and easy to set up. Works well on both platforms. Needs zoom on android and you can't talk or listen whilst using 3g haven't used it on other WiFi yet only house one but still a really top buy. Good stuff x

I bought the hush smart baby monitor today and was really pleased with the idea that I could link my monitor to all my apple and android devices. HOWEVER once I had connected the monitor (the cable provided was too short to plug in!) and connected the devices we realised how useless the app we needed to install was! The camera moved on its own accord for starters then we realised that you couldn't actually hear whether our son was crying or not! Thankfully we could take pictures though!!
