I downloaded few games, reached requirements, but didn't received points. I send a letter about that, then after few days i get points for finished 1st level, so now i finished other requirements and now i have again to send email for this and to send for other games?! Gosh no, such a wasting of time... how i can support my artist with this mess

In order to vote you have to do stuff to exchange for fan points. We should all be able to vote for free and without offers. How do you expect us to vote if you want us to download various apps or pay money? Its a waste of storage to download unnessasary apps to vote. I won't be doing this if blackpink wasn't a nominee.

Seriously, what the hell is wrong with this app? How can people vote for their stars if one cannot vote even after having points? The app just closes after i go to the charging station and tap on Fanpoint exchange.. Its all just a big mess where users have to waste mobile data, time and patience and get nothing!!!!

I want to use this app but it will not send me my confirmation code via sms even though it says it's doing so.

Why does the App's Fanpoint doesn't working? It always says "GDA has stopped - Report Cancel blahblah" it's so really disgusting

So i have a problem, i can not vote for my favorite group, because it wont send me, my verification code. I put my phone number, and press the button multiple times, and so i am afraid i cant vote, and will be very upset.

At first gave me constant error pop ups. But the staff reached out to me to help and got back to me really quickly. Very good!

I cannot login with Facebook or even sign up. It just keeps crashing when I tried to. Please fix it.

Lol I keyed in my country code and my phone number without any mistake. Not even an sms was send to me...

People check your spam on your email. The authentication code is there

Bonus charge can't be open, hence points can't be gain. We can't vote because of this. Fix this ASAP.

I am using the app and it keeps telling me I need to download the app in order to vote...but I'm on the downloaded app. Is there a step I'm missing?
