A very bad and poorly made app which is not at all user friendly. Everytime I order they locate the near by store themselves take my money and then call me & tell I placed order in wrong store. I don't understand why they even have an app if they can't locate store and why do they take money and confirm and then call that the store is wrong. Poor app totally disappointed. Kindly do not order from the app if you don't want your money to get scammed. If you have it installed kindly uninstall

It says connection time out while setting location even on 5 Mbps wi-fi. Couldn't order a single item through the app. McDonald's, you're losing out some business here. Worst food app I've ever came across. Didn't expected from McDonald's. Guys please spend some money and hire some good developers for the app.

when ever i try to put my location it always shows connection timeout! what am i supposed to do? very bad app! cannot even order anything. and despite of all the reviews being bad people download it so you cannot just fool them by asking them to use this app!

I am sandesh thube and my order id ELE-DL-20-09-2017-140493 and my complaint no is CPN278518 I am ordering maloom tikki meal R but coke is missing. And I m ordering at 3.46.47 pm. They send me dummy of my order at 6.04.38pm I am waiting more than two and half hour. It to much irritating and for my order I am do more than 4 calls Therefore I am never order from McDonald's McDonald's have no any standards they have no any customer value.

Even though am a registered member it doesn't lemme login. Forgot password option does not go ahead. App needs a lotta work

App yet crashing when clicking on view cart, expected it to be resolved but no accurate results. Earlier it was good but now gone bad...why work on something which is already working fine like almost perfectly fine. Disappointing.

Everything on the app works fine on an internet connection but when we try to set the location it says no internet connection!!! What type of super fast superior internet connection do you people need for setting location of your customers!?

Doesn't allow users to apply a discount code. Pathetic! What a pathetic update! It's not allowing me to select my location. It worked on the older version and I used to order frequently. You're losing business. Terrible

Better to have it at the store rather than ordering. I got a messed up soft serve and French fries were hard as sticks

The worst app ever, they provide you coupons with your bill which won't work on this app. Earlier was working very well, why fix something that ain't broken?.

Every time I have set location it's got timed out and stops forcefully... Unable to order anything

First of all , my address doesn't get saved and now, i can't even detect my location because the app crashes.

Its getting shutdown automatically. even on 1 Mbps network connection showing time out connection error.

New number was not getting updated. Informing "user already registered" So, everytime while placing order, manually need to change phone number. Rest is fine.

A very good service by McDonalds.....but yah one thing I gave the time of delivery... 7:30pm....and it came early at 6:00pm...but nevermind.....its all worth it..!!!

App is force shutting itself while it tries to locate me. why do you even have an app if you can't make it work? how bad is your it team?

Worst app ever..Can't set my location..Everytime it says connection time..Check your net connection..I am using a wifi..With 20 mbps speed...N it tells me poor connection..The app got downloaded within seconds..Bt while setting location it says poor location..Never ordering from mcdelivery

Pathetic app. Cannot register either on the app or on the Web. When I try placing an order without signing in or registering first, it then asks to enter an OTP while ordering. Even after clicking on resend on OTP several times, I never get it. I contacted customer and nobody seems to be able to help. Such a waste of time having a buggy app that doesn't function properly.

The new app is really bad. I add items to the cart and then on checkout it shows the message as cart empty.

Your app is nce no doubt ... But u r app doesnt store my card details .. everytime i hve search for my card my i hvae to put the freaking numbers ... Even when it sayd save card detail .. card details are not saved .. please fix it

The app could not be use. It requires location to be on. Why cant someone setup the location manually. Now i uninstalled it
