North Carolina Aquatic Club

The IKKOS North Carolina Aquatic Club app uses IKKOS Technology, which is an engaging app environment for the IKKOS learning experience.

The partnership of NCAC and IKKOS in the app world promotes the mission of NCAC: to build the best developmental swimming program in the nation. Extensive use of IKKOS for technical skill development dovetails with NCAC’s physiological and psychological training programs – all with the aim of building complete swimmers.

Through NCAC’s app, its members have access to IKKOS technology on their smartphones, along with tips, communication, and teaching from the NCAC coaching staff.

IKKOS is an end-to-end movement learning platform, grounded in brain science. Thousands of swimmers, including Olympic gold medalists, have improved their performance using IKKOS. Now, everyone involved with NCAC can access its benefits!
