XK Carbon

Won't connect with controller. The APP work's fine in Apple Phones, but not Android.

My smart phone won't connect to the host controller. So basically I push a button a few thousand times and hope for a color I like. Can't use the dual zones and I was shorted one light strip too. Anyone know what to do?

App makes phone sluggish and when playing the music with the lights it won't make it through one song before freezing. Other fictions seem to work well but it is slow to respond.

I really dig how I can change the colors on my motorcycle with an app on my phone. I get a lot of people checking out my bike when the lights and changing colors.

I've had these light for 2 years now and never could get the app to work right. Tried reinstalling got same results. The app loses connection

I like that i can control the color of lights with my phone when everyone is hanging around checking out my new sled. But app drains the battery really fast on my Note 4. And app froze up a couple times. Thats why 3 star rating

My default setting is Solid Green, after a few minutes riding, it changes into different light settings. Any advice on how to deal with this? Thanks.

This is really awesome i got these lights 2 years ago and decided to wait for a better bike to put them on so i finally got my harley and decided to inatall these lights yeaterday and they a very impressive down side is i have a note 4 and it crushed my batt life no other anything on my phone kills it that fast literally i can watch movies for hours on a single charge this app in less than 2 phone ahut down so dead please fix that and maybe a few presets that we can change for use of the dual zone lighting

How come there is no white color option in music mode? It would be great to have strobe effects along with coloured lightings in music mode.

Love this app and the lighting system. Installed it on my atv and it's a head turner. The app is pretty awesome with all the functions you can choose from.

Hi my name is aamir from kpk, pakistan.I bought xkglow silver dream stripes, I tried to use this app.this app is not working than I downloaded xkglow white color. The white color app works fine. I can't even play music.

Works like a charm for controlling XKGlow's killer led kits on my HTC M8. Can crash occasionally when leaving and reentering its wifi network and I can't see how to use a custom color scheme while streaming music (handy for holiday themes, I suppose), but other than that, all is well with Carbon.

I had just installed another vendors product on my bike two weeks before I saw the XK Glow Carbon on a bike, I was so impressed I ordered the Carbon 12 light setup that day. Very, very happy with the Carbon series and also wanted to mention that their customer support is fantastic. Great product!

Not much to say other than I love this app and being able to set up two zones of lights

This is a great app! I love how much customizing you can do with your lights, and the ability to control two zones is pretty freaking sweet. The Mic/Music feature is pretty awesome, would be neat if it worked with Google Play Music. My only complaint would be that I have to stop running the app any time I leave to another app, then have to relaunch it to work again. Other then that great job! Definitely buying more lights later on!

Just got the new controller...Finally, this controller will allow the 2 zones to have different colors! Also, the single color music feature is exactly what we were looking for. The new chameleon function is awesome. The kids will play with this for hours!!

Won't work with my music on galaxy s4 emailed support and got a try to uninstall and reinstall. That didn't work. I told them and now it's been days with no response.
