Wish i could leave ZERO stars!!! Why is the new version no longer compatible with my tablet?? "Designed for phones ".... who wants to look at a catalog on their phone???? The Ikea app should be for phones....not the catalog!!! Please fix this!

Cant even find a dinnerset. Fine if you are looking for a few design ideas but trying to find a specific item is impossible. Even some product categories are listed in Swedish names so how are we supposed to know where to browse? For a company that pushes how innovative it is - their IT and Marketing departments need an overhaul. Uninstalled after a few minutes.

What a silly App!!! a) unable to search for a specific product in the catalogue, b) being in Germany you are not allowed to use the English App user interface Globalisation for IKEA means only profits exploitation. Internet and multilingual demands are a fact. Have you noticed it?

Too small pictures almost totally covered with text. I wish the app could be at least rotated, or pictures of interior could be enlarged and viewed without text.

The promoted 3D mode is dreadful and not usable at all. Good idea, poor execution.

Was excited to download as I was in IKEA using there Wi-Fi; but the one thing that this app needs which it doesn't seem to have is a search..!

Please update the camera API, doesn't work on nexus 5x. Everything is upside down :(

App crashes easy. Photos don't load at all, what's the point of having this app as a catalogue if you can't even view?

There are many stores in Turkey but Turkish language should not be available for the app even more language are exist. It a really sad for some users. This brand should belongs to hole world.

The scan function in this function does not work. It says selected country does not allow the function to worked. Tried my home city if Ruchmond Canada, Sweden and United States.

It doesn't even have a search function! Useless if you want to check details of a particular product. What's the point?

Literally garbage. Doesn't work. No images load and barely any furniture to choose from.

I was hoping for an actual flippable catalog but that's not what this is. Just random pictures that take forever to load and aren't easy to navigate between.

Not helpful. Can't search by product type or name.

Can't search anything, and can only ever see one product on the area of the screen at a time, so it takes forever to navigate their awkward categories to actually find anything you want

I apologize for the low rating, but this application is poorly developed and lacks true functionality.

The app make my phone burn. The screen remains gost for a while. I use to play games and apps that use a lot of processor and never had this problem before. (SD 820)

Can't search by product name, and the 3D mode is too slow to be useful. Why would you make it difficult to find in 3D mode the products that I want to buy? And lastly, the app rebooted once without doing anything. I was expecting the app to be better than this.

Would rate as less but unable to. As with every other review I couldn't see pictures not much point as it only tells you to visit website deleted it after just 10 minutes. Poor show Ikea

This app is more confusing than shopping at the store, in which I get lost every time I go. If they copied the interface of something like the Amazon app it would be way better.

Doesn't load images. Even if it did, this is a useless, completely underdeveloped app. I would be much better off printing a pdf version of the full catalog than hope to locate any particular product inside this app. As a whole, for a design centric brand, it appears Ikea is completely, hopelessly lost in digital design and leveraging digital interactive media. Ever use their site? Equally as incompetent.

My technology isn't that old and is good quality... and my internet isn't slow around , app useless, takes too long to load pages,. A situation where the techno boffins want to show latest web design features that take precedence over form. Might be ok in a corporate office in senior management with unlimited access to fast internet but not on my 11 Mbps

What's this shut? I wanted to see the kitchen catalogue, not ten random pictures of a kitchen and some drawer contents. Where's the actual catalogue? Bad enough IKEA is no longer sending it to you, even if you're IKEA family, worse if even the app no longer delivers it.

Why did you remove the classic catalogue view. What is this? Have you even researched what customers want? New doesn't necessarily mean better. On top, we get whit screen on update and no ootion not to update. Wow, way to go IKEA.

Very poor tracking and sizing. Does not seem to use ARcore at all. Compared to the iOS implementation, this useless.

is this some kind of joke? no search, extremely limited number products. IKEA might know how to sell stuff in their stores but they are clueless when it comes to Android apps.

Useless for me. I downloaded the app because I recently moved to Taiwan, but if I want to have access to the catalog I can't understand anything because the app just offer it in chinese and doesn't have an option for English.
