With our app you can contact our service specialists via chat or by phone to request roadside, household, travel, medical and legal assistance anytime and anywhere. You may also use our alert buton to send a distress message to your family or friends whenever you need it.
Please consult with your current service provider (i.e banks, insurance, telephone and automotive companies, department stores or airlines) for the Company Code. Should you not have the Company Code you may still access the app and enter the code later in order to tailor your experience.
When you preload your data you allow us to access your information upfront and to assist you more swiftly in an emergency. All the data is stored in your phone and we won´t have access to it until the moment you ask for assistance. In Iké Asistencia we have the security certifications PCI-DSS and ISO 27001:2005 so the information you provide is completely safe and confidential.
