Airline Flight Status Tracker

Completed a flight with the app not blinking an eye. No notification, alerts, n o t h i n g. Were do I ask for a refund ?

Surprisingly buggy for a reasonably expensive app. For example, it claims today (Friday 18th November 2016) is a Monday when you look at the calendar view. If you look at a plane on the radar view it is in one place; tap on it and then look at the map within the flight view and it is in a completely different place. Also uses about 6% of my battery and a lot of data every day, even if I don't open the app. That's twice as much battery consumption as any other app installed on my phone, even apps I use a great deal.

The flightboard feature is useless. Only shows flights that have already departed. You need it to show screens just like airport

Far too confusing and very unintuitiv for most. Just download and will now uninstall and request a refund.

3/2 This was a great app until today's update, now it only tells me history, not what is planned for the future. I paid for this. 3/5 App still broken after latest update, Flight Board still will not tell me what is planned, only what has happened. Still showing screen shots of when app worked. 3/8 No improvement, 'Google return json without id' is the message. 3/9 Still broken, same message. 3/20 Flight Board is better, but not what it was before the updates. I can now see what is scheduled, but not any changes to the schedules until after the flight is airborne, except for the freighters. I work at BOS, and this was a good app to anticipate the airlines needs and not be blind sided when the schedule gets 'adjusted' due to weather or other disruptions. I'm looking for another app, I'm uninstalling this one.

I bought it yesterday to replace my former Mobiata flight tracker which was discontinued March 1st. This app also cannot find any flights which means it is useless. I wonder if this app was using Mobiata's servers which are no longer in use.

Had many serious issues with this App. They seem to have fixed it. Potentially a good travel companion app if it stays bug free. Could do with better map and graphics showing the map and flight progress.

It used to be a useful app. The search now has become restricted and excruciatingly slow. App improvement after update? Nonsense!

I have had this app for some time. Now I am not receiving any 'flight' board information. If I don't get updated gate info, the app is of little value. And yes, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Same negative results UPDATE: GATE INFO IS WORKING, BUT NOW IT WON'T LET ME SELECT (AND HOLD) FAVORITES. TO EXPENSIVE TO BE SO GLITCHY. SADLY, I RECENTLY RECOMMENDED TO A FEW OF MY FRIENDS THAT THIS WAS 'GOOD TO GO'. SOMEWHAT FUNCTIONAL, JUST NEEDS SOME ATTENTION!

Very expensive for what it give. The best one was from mobiata, I don't know if I will find a similar apps in the future

Bought it, nothing works on it. It is a total waste of money. Emailed support, no response.

New update fixed the crashes but no notifications on flight updates. Regretted paying for this app.

Landed 30 min ago and the app doesn't even know if we've left

App worked great until recent update. Filters don't work anymore. Flight status no longer in the list.

Never was a very good app. I upgraded to pro to lose ads and for improved tracking notifications. The tracking notifications aren't very helpful. And now it defaults to an Uber ad under the guise of "Airport Info" instead on the flight board. Flights are missing from the airport flight board that appear when searching by flight number.

Why this program is classified as a malicious using AVG antivirus program?

So I should have followed the advice from the reviews I read from those that have used it before. I paid $8.99 which is relatively expensive for an app. I bought it because it had the synchronized function with tripit. As soon as the app was installed and after opening the app I synchronized it with my tripit account. Once the info transfered from tripit to FlightHero Pro everything stopped where it said Flight Hero Plus has stopped. I restarted several times and the same issues occurred.

Keeps freezing and crashing. I love the ability to be able to import from TripIt, but pretty much useless if the app keeps freezing up. I have already deleted and reinstalled the app three times "ugh". Where is the fun in having to do that? For the cost $$ I would expect better performance.

Saved flight canceled went to Unknown status. Tapped on it and App crashed. Closed and relaunched. Un-favorited the flight. Unknown flight plus an active flight removed. Had to add back active flight. Poor performing app for something priced so high. I like the features though. They just need to fix it.

Looked good before I bought the pro version. It doesn't play nice with Tripit. Every time I use the app it loads another trip in Tripit. Also, showed my flight today was delayed but it left 5 minutes early. Flight Aware reported the flight correctly.

Keeps freezing and crashing. Never shows flight delays or gate changes. Really wasted money. And as of today it does not find ANY flights... Installed "APP in the Air" and purchased it after a few minutes! That's what I was looking for! If flight hero (hero???) could refund me the wasted money this would be the best function of this app. But I doubt that even this could work...

This has always been my number one app for commercial travel info. Having used it in real airport situations it has always proved to be accurate and reliable. I reported a bug today, and several hours later a new version released. Superb support. Thanks!!

I was using the free app and was impressed. I then decided to buy the app - big mistake! - now it keeps on crashing. Thus use the free app if you want to use it.............

Paid money for the app telling me there is no flight to a destination even if I'm flying there. It cannot find flights, cannot show me airports' arriving and departure information.

Update: I am seeing way too many inaccuracies with this App 1: for some reason, it loses track of my flight numbers and gives me wrong flight details. 2 when traveling to another destination, it loses track of the time of flights. I need to do a full import from trip it to get it back on sync. 3 it has no notifications even when my flight changes even though I watch the flight. 4 I got no response from Cust support when I complained. Wish I could get a refund!

Tripit synchronization doesn't import flights reliably. When flights are imported the app crashes. Inexcusable that a paid app that costs this much crashes. Don't purchase until the reviews say the app is fixed

Can't find my flight though it can be found with other apps. More work is needed.

Pretty useless for me without this. Sadly it replaced a great app that worked perfectly
