As a Helpdesk agent registered through iDesk Web Administration, you will be responsible for the customer problem ticket according to customer project, your location, responsibility and helpdesk level.
With iDesk Mobile, you can monitor the problem ticket assigned to you (MyTicket) so that you can solve the problem or create different ticket status. iDesk allows viewing of ticket status either still opened, answered, overdue or closed. You can view further details of the open ticket by clicking on the problem ticket number.
Your timely response using the Idesk mobile will create tremendous customer satisfaction and at the same time improve your business service level agreement with the customer, hence ensuring customer loyalty and repeat business.
