Scrolling of DOB is not working at all, the whole App hang. Should include other alternatives.

Can't even register. All I get is a blank screen when I click the 'register' button. App is useless if you don't register.

totally cannot register

CONs: 1. When using the search option, it returned EVERY panel clinics in their database for my company, basic search functionality don't even work. 2. The application also don't allow you to filter the search results by practice, location, etc. 3. The nearby clinic function is always in server busy status when I tried twice, seems like it didn't even try to access my device location services. PROs: 1. I don't need to carry my insurance card around. 2. I can submit and review my claims easier.
