Ive got 4 young kids who currently need a doc. Why cant I book an appointment today when I need it on Monday? Whats the purpose of this app when I barely cant do that which is the most important thing to see a doctor for consultation? I cant be waiting at the registration area just for a que no. wit my 4 children. This app really need a proper review and UI. And really do let us book an appointment like 2-3 days or even a day in advance.

Can only make appointment on the day itself? Then what's the point ? What if I want the appointment to be early morning ? If you make appointment in the morning they can only give u noon or late noon time slot. I should be able to make appointment at least 1 week in advance. Not just on the day itself. Really is the worst appointment app ever. Still got to walk in in the end.

I tried making appointment for my son but not able to. His Singapore birth certificate number is not registered??? Why? Appointment can only be made by adult only??? Please improve on this app. Hopefully make some improvement on the appointment hotline too! Upsetting experience. Hope to give zero star. :-(

What is the point of an app and an online system when I still have to CALL to make appointments? Immunisations need to book dates and I can't do a simple appointment except check schedule. I just use my calendar, why do I still need this app in the first place then?

Basically it is just hyperlinks to the main site, not really a smart app. Lots of rooms to improve. I hope there can be multiple languages to help senior citizens can navigate or understand the app easily. Working towards a SMART Nation, this app needs to be smarter than just hyperlinks.

Pls make the option to book an advance appointment available! Also, i hope the logging in could be a bit more swift. Maybe a 2-step verification using our mobile number could be implied to lessen the time wasted just to verify our identity. Overall, the app is rather simple to use but there is a lot of room for improvement.

I went down after registering for an appointment. I got a normal ticket directing me to the normal registration counter. Got a normal ticket as a walk in patient. Verification by IC is not enough to confirm particulars? Get your system processes correct.

Right exactly at the time when i need a doc, thrs no appointment slot for me to book. The app is getting useless and super inconvenient for patients and wasting our phone's memory space

All this while I could book an appt. But unfortunately today I cant seem to even open the booking page. Hope you can resolve this problem. Thanks

Without advanced booking, we cant plan our schedules ahead because we wouldnt know if we can get a slot till that very day.

After making an appointment, if I needed to check my other appointment date and I will have to repeat the tedious process of login again.

Two issues: real sick person who needs doc early in the morning needs to log in at 12 midnight to get morning appointment! Already sick and still need to stay up late to make appointment! Next system only can key in numeric numbers when the verification at login in requested alpha numeric! Most stupid apps ever!!

I cannot even log in! When I try to input date of birth, the drop down does not work. A hot mess!!

When I request for medication refill It say it have error encountered pls try again ltr and for other request is also the same I really hope this will be fixed

All Clinic and Hospital should provide free wifi to be able to use the app. I try to use the app at AMK clinic but the data reception was so bad and it take very very slow to load any of the page in the app.

Cannot log in at all, bcoz of the enforced use of the calendar icon for dob entry , as my sony xperia does not support that kind of entry. Pls make things simple.

1) Using spinning wheels to set a DOB with today as initial date is seriously wrong. Whoever cooked up the idea should try to use it himself and decide if he's sane. 2) And dont make back key just go back while making an appointment. 3) Now go back to point 1.

Check appointment everytime got to log in. And can't view my appointment. As I have an appointment today,wanted to check what time. But it show no appointment found. Not useful.

By setting a time for consultation, we should have been able to be consulted at that time. And not wait for 40mins. If so, what's the use for setting a time? Might as well walk in.

OTP not send numberous times. Wasted time and lost chance to make early appt. OTP sent immediately using Chrome browser. How to trust excellence in such organisations when basics are not met!

This is the second time I am not able to enter date of birth. Nothing happen after I tab on the date. Please fix it.

I thought this app would be great but seeing as it couldn't even send me the one time password regardless of the fact that I do have a valid number in the system; I am disappointed. Now I have to pin my luck on waiting 2hrs or longer for medication.

It seem like there is a problem with e otp.. waited very long and receive e otp but cannot be accepted by the system saying is the wrong otp

Hopeless & lousy app. Buggy. Time wasting. First, my NRIC not registered. Next, OTP invalid. Tried resending OTP. No response. Then my phone got flooded with OTPs. Tried in vain to submit new OTPs.

Have been using the app for a long while. Just don't understand the need for OTP login for making appointments. OTP took forever to be sent to me.

Useless. Cannot even put in value for login page's date of birth. Not able to proceed further.

Lousy timing. Cannot late for more than 15 mins but need to wait for more than an hour. Poorly organised.

Cant book appointment. Otp not send to my phone at all. It works in the internet but not this app. Fix this

Keeps saying "only today's consultation slots are available for booking"

First time use My Appointment and it crashed with this error 'Server Error in '/mappt_nhgp' Application'

Made appointment using the app but was not recognised by the clinic system when I arrive. End up still have to wait for hours like a normal walk in case. Nurses were dismissive when I enquired about my appointment as well.

You need to pre-register with a polyclinic in advance and give them your mobile no. first. Login the app using NRIC & birthdate. To book a same day appt, I logged in early at 7.20am and found all the day's slots still available, from ard 9.00am onwards. Be warned tt if you login too late, even at 10 am, you may find no slots available at some polyclinics. After selecting the polyclinic &time slot, a one-time code is SMS to yr phone to confirm. Then wait about 30s as the system updates &confirm yr booking.

App is useful but public info is inadequate for people to locate it easily. I had to download a pdf, read it to find it is called mihealthcare Why can they just link it on nhg or singhealth's websites. News also make no mention of the app's name. And I couldnt find it in google play by searching nhgp or singhealth!

Used to be a very useful app.. now i can't even input the DOB... wth??? Pls do something abt it!

Today the date picker doesn't show so I cannot even log in. Worked two days ago. Galaxy Note 4 Android 5. 0.1
