Can't sign in with app on phone but can sign in with chrome on phone. Bottom line l can't sign in with pixel 2 xl
I like IHG. I think it is really helpful. I only pick IHG for hotels. I always find hotels on this app. Plz download. I love going on trips.????????????
App does not sync with reservations cancelled on a computer, even after uninstalling app and reinstalling. I have cancellation confirmation emails from 1 day ago yet the reservations still show in app, as upcoming reservations. Fix!!!
Battery hog, noticed that in less than 24 hours it took 20% of my battery. I hadn't even used it. Otherwise it's good, works as it's supposed to. Android Nougat.
Absolute garbage, total battery hog on my pixel2, ate 30% of my battery. Uninstalling
It's great, when it works. Crashes....A LOT!!
Great app however it will be better if you were able to receive hotel receipts thru the app or website

Previous versions of the app (up until last year) worked awesome. Now, it is good to check points balance and search hotels, but the booking system doesn't work. You go through all the motions and get an error message right at the end. When I called to make reservations today, the agent said it was a common and known issue. Maybe they should fix it then?
I really liked the app for the past year but now it's always telling me to change my filter. I updated app still having same problem. Change my filter and still having problems. This is how I live on the road and now it's difficult to get a hotel so please fix
Terrible battery drainer, even when the app hasn't been used since reboot! Had to uninstall. Otherwise not bad, except the annoyance of the membership card showing up and covering the whole screen whenever the phone is tilted. I prefer the browser version anyway due to getting rebates from Ebates.
I've moved to a Samsung from my old iPad and iPhone and the app is totally stable on this tablet (used to have crash issues on iPad / iPhone). App is great for bookings, reviewing my account and helping plan trips.
Good app and easy to use but won't let me book rooms. Issue has been going on for months now and I have to call every time, what good is the app then?
The IHG mobile app is a thumbs up from me. Does what I would expect from an app. I like the fact I can easily book when I'm on the go. All my details are on record so very quick and safe

Ok functionality, but a seriously unoptimized battery hog. Took 61% of my phone's battery while running in the background.
Was good, updated app is causing battery drainage on phone (Pixel,), please fix.

Love IHG app! It out shines all it's competitors. From the ease of use to the variety of things that can be done right from your smartphone, it is top of the line.
Great app but it is never real time with most hotels. I've booked hotels hrs in advance only to find out the hotel was over booked.
Okay, but not easy to use and much battery consumption. It does not remember my precious search. I had to enter again and again. critically it takes too much battery in background. Not much information on hotels such as breakfast. I had to find some information in hotels from others apps, Expedia, etc.
Not user friendly. To many things going on. Need it more basic for phones. Pictures of hotel though I would not get rid of.
App will not accept my pin. If I log in on my laptop, my pin is accepted fine. The mobile app constantly has me retrieve my pin and that one doesn't work so my account gets locked.
I love the ease of booking, especially being able to book for pets. Normally travel with a service dog but prefer animal friendly properties, so we will skip a no pet property when a friendly property is available within an hour.

Called Customer support rep for help concerning bonus offer, he started argument, yelled at me and when I asked for his supervisor he hung up on me. Nothing left to do but refuse to stay at their hotels for customer support actions.
