However it need little improvement on comparison and putting similar thing on one folder, which will help customers to chose what we are going to select. Also filtration by sex needs is very important which need to improve.

App review not the wonderful Iherb service and products review(I like Iherb). Edit: It has eaten my product purchase review tried to copy the review in case I lose it. Instead it totally erased it before could post it to temporary clipboard. Edit: It now has best selling so a star up. Keep in mind my ratings are for the app and not the terrifically​ good service of the company. Edit: This app now does two things that I don't like. First it forces the featured page over my customizable page. Second the slide out looks similar to the Play Stores slide out and functionality. For my next order might just use the mobile web version. It is too busy for me and bothers me. I like having my customizable page first. Where I get to select my needs. The featured section may recommend companies that I don't like. So introduce a toggle off for the featured page. It feels like that page was designed to get rid of products. Still your fan! Thank You.

After installing it never enables the screen where i can update the country and currency. I am using nexus 6p.

The best anyone could get

Iherb the worst and fraud app i have ever encountered. Firstly the logistic cost is not included and its added only at the time of payment. But worst is after charging logistics cost separately you will again get charged customs charges which is more than the cost of the product. Amazon and othe ecom sites provides the same product faster and way more cheaper. Pathetic experience!

I love iherb for the great choice of products for health and safe household, for the competitive prices, for super-quick shipping, for regular discounts and loyalty program. But what makes iherb really special is the customer service: they would take customer side in any doubtful situation. It is safe and easy to deal with iherb. Highly recommend. The app is also user friendly. 5 stars.

The app is easy to use. However, the search function seems to bring up a lot of unrelated items but that's a small issue.

Easy to navigate, app never froze on me nor did it shut down. Was able to put items in a wishlist for future orders. Fast shipping. Overall great experience, will order through them again.

Spent 30 mins on an order then it disappeared when i went to checkout. Also search functionality is very clunky. Takes too long to browse through sub-product menus.

I placed my order and couldn't checkout. It could be that one of the item was pending, I decided to change it but I couldn't find any delete or edit button anywhere so I'm stuck.

The best feature about the app is that I don't have to bother with Korean customs when I use the app. If I order on a PC I have to get a special code, but things are super easy with the app

It a good application but it have some bugs, I can't change the address easily. I have to delete the old address then enter everything again. I can't just updated it.
