食赣佳是广州最具规模和知名度的江西菜连锁餐厅，目前在广州拥有三家直营门店。食赣佳主营江西地方特色美食，江西菜咸辣适中、原汁原味、风味醇厚，虽然不在传统的八大菜系之列，却因它其多姿多彩、兼收并蓄而又自成一派的风味适合来自四面八方的朋友。
