Recent updates made app really slow on the charts screens

Live charts are not working with the new update !

The %change glitch has persisted for 10 days now and is incredibly frustrating. Another issue with this app is the navigation within the Market Data page. If you click on any of the tabs, be it Events or Fundamentals or anything, you can't go back to Market Data. You need to exit and get back into the company's page. The app also needs a detailed page dedicated to Dividends which can provide easy access to historical dividend payments, exdividend dates, et al. Finally, could we please have UK market specific tabs, with Risers/Fallers lists, etc.? I don't intend to move away from IG but I really want their platforms to be a bit more comprehensive. Long ways to go...

Well I trade online and wanted to try IG, and I opened a demo on PC to see what it was like, but for 3 weeks I have not been able to access this mobile app once. For a brokerage that makes the money it does, it kinda proves the money goes nowhere to improve customer satisfaction, which is not a brokerage I'll trade with. Uninstalled.

Can you please please please make the app have the option to make the charts background black instead of white. Blacks easier on the eyes. The desktop version has the option. Fix that and I'll give you 5 stars

Can't see the chart and indicator any more on android phone...shame have to switch to cmc market

I tried to open a demo account, but they said "this platform is currently unavailable". Why?

Has been working well and good simple interface. However since the last update the % change on watchlists keeps glitching back to a historical day in the past, very frustrating!

Best Platform. Thanks for the userfriendly update, makes life much easier. Now the inconvenience is not being able to see signals immediately when the kick in in the signal centre. Can notifications for signals be enabled immediately when the come up. Thanks. IG Forever

The application is unavailable. Fix it asap and I'll rate 5 stars. Please remind me when it's fixed. I'm also on s7 edge

Professional app for the serious day trader... very well designed... with amazing chart functionality (horizontal & vertical scale etc.), news, analysis, calendar, alerts and so much more. All you need to day trade the markets successfully.

% change in watchlist stopped working after last update. Pc version works perfectly . Please correct the bug.

Generally good app but for about the last week the price movement on my watchlist is frozen on the same figure regardless of how up or down each share is.

Keeps sticking, and saying platform unavailable when trying to loggin, when you have money in live trades, this simply isn't good enough. Will be trying other trading sites. Shame.

Wouldn't recommend this android app at present. Many useful things appear to be missing. ESPECIALLY L2 ACCESS, for those people that need to use it on android devices for the portability, it simply isn't there.

IG, after your latest update i am unable to log in using my phone. Bad gateway bad gateway, looking at the rest. Complaints mainly on ur log in, if u do not improve a simple feature u may lose customers

Great for charting. You can draw your own trend lines and has all the indicators need to trade. Also a great broker.

Spread bet charges, margins, penalties and stop loss restriction on this app are geared for IG win only

Trying to log in, keeps throwing me back to login. I'd opened a trade in a demo all be it but could of been live, uninstalled the app twice got in lost £300 on the trade. The fix needs sorting ASAP.... and yes I've spoken to your team by phone and it's happening again .... update... after talking to various colleagues the problem was being caused by having the app alibaba installed on my phone. Since removing this app the problem has stopped. I'm not sure what other apps are in this category that would cause this. I have a Samsung s5

Suddenly I'm getting same problem as others. Go to login in the usual way and it goes back to login. All details correct. Come on ig

Cannot deposit money using my card, I get the date of birth screen but cannot add my dates. Also, will you be creating a widget anytime soon?

My problem with this station that cannot change language from frensh to english… and there is no option to change

Rubbish compared to the IOS app..Why cant the same design be followed across apps, it is not 1990 anymore.

I cant even log in!! I hate this i m putting the right login details it keeps on giving me an error. I have reset the password even then the same drama. And this is my first time login in!! Imagine if i was actually trading, I'll be furious not being able to manage my funds. Not a great start in IG

I can't log on since the last updated. Using a Samsung 7 edge. Tried with both wifi and mobile data. It's been sorted and it all works fine. One question though why can't Android users see level 2 while Apple users can?

By default impossible to trade NYSE without paying a monthly fee of GBP15. Fee per UK trade is GBP8. Interactive brokers charges just USD1 per NYSE trade. You can't add columns to the "positions" view; such as %change, dividend yield, etc. And you can only sort by name. Help sections written for the website and not the app. I recommend Interactive Brokers instead. I'm only using IG in addition to IB, because IB doesn't do ISA accounts.

Not the best I've seen. Lacks many common functionalities like Transaction Portfolio and advanced custom views of open positions. It also doesn't offer touch authentication for Android users. Please implement above enhancements an you'll get 5 STARS.

Im using a samsung s4 and i think there are performance issues. Very minor issues, but issues exist like laggy response in charts. The navigation flow is not as simple either and not as intuitive. But this is not a bad reflection on the company. IG are pretty good and fair. Just this android app lets them down a little. Especially if youre used to the iOS version.
