Just doesn't work

Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall to access my list or search nearby businesses.

I loved this app and it was extremely useful. But as of the past couple months I have to constantly uninstall/reinstall to get it to work. Otherwise, I consistently recieved the message of "cannot execute search". Now, it won't even log me in. For a paid app, you think something would be resolved by now. Until whatever is going on with Salesgenie resolves, my rating is staying at a 2- because I loved it before, but at this point I will not reccommend to any friends.

I have been having a consistent problem with your mobile app. Every time I attempt to do a search I get a “Failed Executing Search” error message. Basically it makes the app inoperable. I signed up for your service mostly for the app function, if it doesn’t work I will cancel. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and that does solve the problem for a short while, but eventually it does stop working. Please address this or I will be cancelling.

This app can be amazing if you use the monthly payment we're charged to invest in technology. The app works every 1 of 5 times I try it and has to be constantly reinstalled. I get a failed to execute message, but it's the company failing to execute on delivering a solid product...

Continued issues with this app. Cannot execute any search. Absolute waste. Will be deleting and cancelling sales genie subscription.

Doesn't work on my cell phone!

I love this app. However, recently it started to do "failed to execute search" on me! Please resolve or help me to know what I need to do to use this again!

The sales genie app is a pathetic attempt! Half of the functions don't work, the app tells me that the businesses near me are more than 4000 miles away. After contacting customer service about the app I was told that I would just have to uninstall & reinstall the app and that should fix it. I would ask that if your going to market a mobile app to professional sales people then at the very least, make sure it works or have a service staff with more knowledge than an "uninstall & reinstall" technical abiliy

Not to easy to navigate on the, run

None of the functions work. My follow up is always zero. Never loads saved searches.

Constantly have to uninstall & reinstall so the searches work. "Failed executive search" keeps coming up. Could also use an employee & business type filter.

I have a note 4, I downloaded this app for use yesterday and I have not been able to log onto it. It says my username/password is wrong, yet I can log onto the website just fine. Please let me know if you can fix this

Cannot log in to app on Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

Other than all of the areas seem to be years out of date, owners manes, business locations, business names, for the most part if I use the app on my phone it just says "Failed Search!" Most of the time.

I try to look for Maryland businesses. Despite choosing MD from the selection screen, the search function changes it to Michigan.

This app is so easy to use and it's available on the go. No longer requires my work computer.

When logging in it simply force closes. Have installed and uninstalled three separate times and the problem persists.

Don't do until update comes out... can't login AP crashes into a forced close

Worked perfectly. People complaining must have junk phones.

This is a great tool to have out in the field. Makes sales prospecting much quicker and efficient!

Not the worst, works fine on my Nexus. UI needs some cleaning up but I'm grateful I don't have to fire up my iPad in the passengers seat; way easier on the phone.
