IF Tracker for Android
Array of foods is severely lacking, contradictory ratings that make no sense, over-generalozed designations that could be referring to several different things, and lastly, no changes in 2 years. Dead app.
Could definitely expand the food database and add more restaurants. Would be nice if it came with some recipes too.
I like the interface. Clear easy to navigate. The recipe feature is great for building easy to add lists of foods you consume. Would like to see more items in the database with IF ratings.
I usually cook from scratch so I find it pretty easy to fund the food I'm looking for. I've been hoping for this app for a long time. The recipe maker is great. Like the other reviewers, I would like to see more raw foods (I couldn't find escarole, red wine, or chicken stock!). I would like it if I could sync this with other apps like fitbit but whatever.
I have been on this diet for a decade or so. I'm 34 and on my bday I got id'd at red lobster when ordering a beverage. The waitress asked me twice for my id. I constantly have ppl shocked at my age. This diet philosophy works. As for the app. Great database, some complain it's ltd, considering what goes into evaluating an item, the list is extensive. The interface looks like a sweater my mom made me wear in Elementary school. Oddly clashing colors, that make even bullies feel bad for you. App is worth it.
It is one of a kind
Good information

Simple and clear information for tracking the IF of various foods. Please continue to add to the bank of foods.
Excellent information, Interface could use facelift
Need to add MANY food choices. For example salsa isn't listed. Really? Please add salsa to the list. Add the feature to allow us to enter our own foods/amounts. There are many lists on the web we can reference. If the food isn't on your app, we can't track it. Add that feature and I'll change my rating to five stars.
App had too few entries. Something basic like ketchup should be on the list.
This app is terrible its undeveloped great concept but a waste of money the developers obviously just threw a weak app out there to collect some easy $$$.
Amazing app, really helpful! Large database too. A bit more options may improve it, such as selecting the same serving size for all, in order to make easier comparisons. Fully recommended to whoever is interested in a healthy diet!

easy and simple. Best app of its kind.
Decent App. However, the search function doesn't work on Galaxy S4. Please fix this bug.

Yes, the app needs much improvement, however, it's the only mobile resource that I could find that had easy to access anti-inflammatory information. Great for a quick reference!
Without a better database this quickly becomes useless. Those of us trying to eat healthy would like to see lots more ingredients, and also common prepared foods. If you can't add a slice of pizza, but rather have to try to calculate how much flour, cheese and sauce are in it, it becomes absurd. I'm really hoping this develops.

very, very bad app. first of all - no recipes at all. secord - it has no rating for plain oatmeal. only the commercial, sugar-frosted offerings. third - the user interface is not at all user friendly, and it looks butt ugly on a tablet fourth - there is absolutely no explanation about why the foods receive the rating they do. so it just makes you more confused since it keeps you in the dark about the 'secrets" of nutrition. (keeping the secrets to themselves to sell more apps and books for sure) Tips for improvement: -let the community of users share recipes -start it off by adding those from the book -dare to show how the IF rating is calculated - it will build more trust around the concept, and it will educate users instead of adding to their confusion -find a new UX designer I'll demand my refund now.
Those that are rating this app low must not understand the complexity of this important subject. This is the heart of an inflammation free diet. I have used this concept for 2 years and my C-Reactive Protein (a measure of inflammation in the blood) has gone by 75%. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
When I try to add some items to the journal the calorie attribute value is the same value as the if factor... which is different from the calorie value of the same meal in the recipe. I have only seen with cereals such as shredded wheat and quaker oats granola. Please fix.
I'm going to trust that you will fix that bug mentioned. Here is a 4 star rating.

Excellence app for this type of information. Indispensable for those in dietetics.
Could you add a feature so I can add custom foods please. It is useless for tracking calories and macros until I can add all the foods that I eat. Even if adding custom foods meant there was no IF raiting for the new foods. Would be good if it showed daily fibre intake too.
