This app can be very helpful/useful when it works. As of late, I always get a "Network Required" error. I emailed for help, and got the "restore your phone" line. This is the ONLY app that doesn't work properly on my phone. Update with correction and I will give a better rating.

I can only transfer between 2 accounts but not checking to checking. Idk if the other issues were fixed but I use this app every signal day. It's a real time saver. I also love the fact that I can deposit cash and checks through the atm

Some minor improvements, but viewing the credit card balance/purchase history is pretty annoying now. It was fixed a little bit, but not quite as good as it was before the last few updates. Edit: the credit card balance/history is still annoying. Sometimes it doesn't load at all. Still not as convenient as before, but everything else is still pretty good.

You can transfer as often as you want or need to on any device or in the branch without fees, plus it's a very easy bank to work with. I live near 2 banks, the only drawback from what I hear, is Redstone doesn't have banks all over like other banks. But, if you live near a Redstone, it's a great bank, well, credit union.

I love an app that works the way I expect it to and is intuitive, not terrible-looking, and just minimalistic enough to not seen convoluted. It could be prettier, but I don't really care that much and enjoy being able to do what I want without the burden of looking for features or dealing with a bulky, annoying, and/or persistently notifying app. I have to use it daily, so convenience is crucial. Don't change a thing. :)

I use this app very often. It works great and is easy to use. About the only thing I would do is make it possible to set up a new bill payee but at least you can do the bill pay to the ones set up.

Had to try 3 times before I could deposit a check, as it keeps saying session is inactive, though it isn't!!

The app told me I had 40 dollars in the bank and there were no pending purchases so I bought something for around 20$ next thing I know it's telling me I have -67$

Love the app, just hope it doesn't cause too many people to lose jobs... Computers r putting people out of work... PLEASE keep the branch offices open, we still need to keep having face to face business interactions...

I don't know what was wrong with the previous logo design but this new one doesn't look good. Also don't like how my local branch was redecorated. The old design looked so much better and professional.

This is probably my favorite app. I can get so much finished with this, without having to leave my home.

We have most of our checks deposited automatically. I use to hate driving to the bank to cash a check for a few dollars. Now I don't have to. Just follow the directions and deposit the check from anywhere.

It saves me a lot of time. Easy to use. Sometimes glitches if your data is acting up, but an overall good app.

Overall a really good, clean, good looking banking app. This app was good enough and fast enough that it helped convince me to switch to RFCU as my primary bank. But for the last couple months, the app's been crashing on launch for no obvious reason. I've tried reinstalling and send multiple bug reports, but it still is hopelessly broken. If I want to deposit a check now I have to use an old cheap phone because the app works fine there, but on my newer fully updated phone it crashes everytime.

I really like this app with the exception that I am unable to download a copy of my monthly statement. Every month I must go to a branch office to get a copy. Still, it's a great app.

Does what I want. Checking balances, depositing checks, etc. No annoyances or difficulties in my time. E. Two years later I've installed it on a new phone, still doing great.

I like how it tells me when my debit card gets used via text message. I wish it would include my remaining balance in those texts though.

Overall a good, easy to use app. The only problem is with the check deposit. Continues to say the image is too bright. It takes several attempts to deposit a check.. update. Still have not fixed the check deposit.

Gives me what I want to see and do in an easy to use, straightforward application. No annoying advertising. I wish some of the other apps I need to use were like this one.

Works great! Only problem I have is that the back photo will not save properly. It usually takes 5 attempts.

Make mobile deposit user friendly it NEVER likes ANY picture. Its too dark in a lot room and too bright in total darkness. Terrible requirements for checks

Why re-brand for sake of re-branding when what was before reflected brand? Go back to rocket.

Had to go to RFCU branch to setup because of problems in the app but very convenient to use to manage accounts after that point.

If possible I would rate this app 10 stars. I've used the app for two years and like it even better now. EVERYTHING is easy and simple to use. Thank you, RFCU ... and high-five on the new logo.

Easy to use, very convenient when away from home. Was a little hesitant to try at first but now I love it.

I am an "Old School" type person who doesn't always embrace newest technologies. I have no trouble at all with this entire process. Thanks for truly making life easier for us!

Only thing about this app is that I don't get to see much of their gorgeous new Decatur AL branch because I can so easily do all of my transactions online with this fantastic, great-looking app.

This app works great on my Samsung Galaxy S4. I can check all my accounts, pay bills and make transfers. I have used it for over 3 year with no problems. But I do wish that the available balance would take into consideration the amounts pending.

Couldn't ask for an easier or more convenient app. All of my banking needs. And now even member to member transfers on the App? Its crazy awesome

My only complaint is the app doesn't want to recognize my fingerprint sensor. Every time I ask to set up biometric security, it fails for no apparent reason. Fix this for another star.

Honestly don't know how I went this long without this app . Did have windows phone (I loved my lumina 1020)but had to go android just for this app . Took awhile to get use to the change . It was worth it just for this app.

You changed the logo. It's terrible.

This app is super easy to use. I wouldn't have expected how intuitive and even advanced for a bank app it is.

The app icon has issues. It always has a squared white box background to it. Other than that, it all works well

My recommendation would be to add a place that shows your name & address. I wanted to check if my address had been updated & could not find my info anywhere. Super quick & easy app! Thanks!

Great app for checking balances and making transfers on the go and the mobile deposit feature is a MAJOR timesaver...I can't remember the last time I actually had to walk in a branch!

Too much of a pain to take pictures of check. I have an s7 so it's not the phone ..

Redstone has for an excellent job keeping up with newer technology like including finger print login. App is easy to use and does not crash. Keep it up.

This app does everything I want it to and has never been anything but effortlessly convenient. Highly recommended.
