The app is good. It would be better if joint account holders were able to see and manage the joint account, instead of only the primary. Additionally, it would be extremely convenient if you got notifications about large transactions immediately (or at least in a reasonable amount of time) instead of the next day.

It's great a majority of the time. Often it makes me enter password vs. my finger scan. I have to login + reset finger scan at least once a month .like the alerts + ease of use.

This is a great app, the only thing I wish is once you make a payment I would love for it to go straight thru the same day, instead of waiting a week, but other then that it's awesome.

I love this app..it helps me to watch every dime. And very easy to transfer money into my accounts.. I love it.

Very convenient, especially because I live so far from an actual ACU location. Difficult to take clear pictures of checks for deposit, but that's mainly because of shadow problems - not ACU's fault.

Annoying that the finger print times out after a couple weeks. Other than that it is very easy to use, quick and simple. I make car payments, credit card, and transfers in minutes.

They've treated me well since I became a member. App makes it easier to do things without going into the bank itself, but I do still enjoy dropping checks and cash with them personally.

This app is very useful to me, in assuring my ability to connect with my credit union. I don't have transportation every day,so this way of my getting information about my account is very important and beneficial. As a senior person, I appreciate what it does.

Love it! I have 2 daughters who live on both sides of the US and I am able to immediately make transfers to their accounts through this app as well as deposit checks via phone!

Usually takes 2 or 3 tries to deposit a check. Probably not a very up to date app

Great app for such a small credit union. I love ACU and this app, just wish it came with all the money that those screenshots have xD.

Been with them close to 20 years, but they never approved all the loans I applied for, however they are a great place to bank

ACU is my go-to place for all my banking needs. Especially their low rate secured loans to help build credit

Sometimes it takes off large deposits twice but other than that it's good

Has an attractive interface, is fairly easy to use, and the check deposit utility improves bit by bit with new versions wherein the app is less difficult to "satisfy". The advice to "avoid shadows," on the other hand, is next to impossible to follow when using any mobile device held above the horizontal surface upon which a check lies.
