Great banking app. So far it has just one thing missing...how about giving it a pattern match to login?

Hate that most of the time I log in I have to send a text message

The Eastman app displays all your accounts. It makes it very simple to transfer money to and from checking and savings. It also displays your loans, and it is the same to make a loan payment as it is to transfer money from one account to another. The credit union is fantastic as well, this coming from a member of 20 years

I really do love my bank. Eastman credit union has always done right by me and my family for several generations. And this app is great for everything from online bill pay to transferring money from one account to another. Great app that is well designed and easy to navigate.

It's very user friendly. I'm not very technologically advanced but I was able to set up and use this app without help from anyone.

Honestly, the best, most straight forward, easy to use banking app I've ever used. Gives you the ability to easily handle your regular banking transactions with confidence and ease. ECU must be a mineral because they rock!

There is no way to transfer money to any other of my bank apps like US Bank, Regions, TVA Crédit Union ect. But the only bank that I know of that allows you to transfer money online through the app is Ally Bank.

This app is both quick and easy to manage my account. I can log in to view all of my accounts, make payments and transfer money between my accounts. So much more easier than going to the bank and depositing money to certain accounts.

Makes life so much easier to manage and keeps thoroughly up to date every time you log in. Shows pending charges and what's available after they go through. Makes efficient transfers.

This app sucks have problem opening the app when they call you and when you hit 1 the phone end call then nothing happens

This has been a must have and very useful app for me. It would be nice if we could transfer from our LOC Account to our checking though. That would be a major plus!

I use this app on all my bank stuff. If you don't like going to the bank all the time this will help you with that.

Convenience's is amazingly helpful, and that definately describes this app. It makes my busy life simpler and as a mom that works full time during banking hours, convenience is always better.

Love having instant access to all my accounts. The ability to move money from account to account, pay bills and (my newest find) deposit checks by taking a pic is so convenient!!

With my s3 and now s5 I rarely have problems once or twice over the year it gave me an error message when logging in but other than that works great. Love being able to switch money between accounts with just a few clicks. Love being able to name my accounts exaple "Penguin's checking" lol I love it! New phone Note 7 I cannot get the app to open :(

You guys did a great job creating this app. I love this app so much just because its very easy to use, and its quick. I gave this 4/5 stars because the app is not at all attractive. It looks very outdated and "windows" themed. Overall, the app is great!

The old way was ok with me but this app allows me to do everything I need to. ECU has been there for me through military deployments to getting issues resolved with I.D. theft. Wouldn't bank anywhere else, great group of people in the main office and at the branch locations. Highly recommend.

The only thing that is a pain is the picture taking process when trying to do mobile deposit. It's way to picky when it says the picture of the back isn't the same as the front picture. It's hard to hold the camera the exact same distance from the check.

Bar none the best banking app I've used. I can manage several accounts at a glance, and see transactions instantly. I can also manage any car payments or other accounts directly from my phone.

This bank app is the easiest thing to navigate! I can easily transfer money into my college kid's account with a few touches. I can see what she has, what she's spent money on and extra funds are immediately available to her once I transfer.

If a partial payment option was added it would help end confusion. Also training your tellers to not to he rude would be a good start.

This app works great for my older Motorola, HTC, and now s7 edge. Transfers work every time and service rarely goes down on the app. Well done ECU!

It's a good app. Checking, savings, loan, credit card.... all easily paid or transfered to. Check deposit is easy. It would be cool to be able to add a tag to each purchase and be able to track spending like a built in tracking app with graphs and stuff. I know I'm a nerd...

I had been with another credit union for years & went to Eastman the first time & they helped me more than the other one ever did! I would recommend Eastman Credit Union to everyone I know!!!

I love having this app. So many deposits and withdrawals are available for automatic bill payment , I would be lost without it. I never could balance a check book, but the app basically can do it for you.

Check deposit feature is so flaky and spotty. If it worked consistently without having to reinstall several times I would rate it back up.

This app only works part of the time. Right, now I have $6 in my checking and I can't transfer from my savings! I work hours that makes it hard to get to the bank to do this stuff in person so it would be nice to have an app that is reliable. I had to put half my groceries on credit card the other day because "We cannot display your information at this time. Please try again later." SUPER FRUSTRATING! I've Uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, still the same thing.

New update will not allow you to pay on the principle of a loan like you could before. Emailed but no response. Other than that app is good.

I only use it for basic transfers between accounts and checking balances, and it works very well. Haven't had a crash. Very happy with it.

New update is great. The ability to turn the flash on and the camera functions so much better now. Just deposited a check, and it was easy as pie, if pie were easy.

It's so much better than before. Though sometimes transactions are slow at posting and take my money away but it's still ok. Love it

Love this app and ECU! The new way of depositing checks is GREAT!Keep up the great work ECU! You continue to only get BETTER! It is much easier to deposit my checks online and to have the capability to use my finger print to open my account.

New update is great, love the new layout and fingerprint access. Would love to see online bill pays done through web page or app added to the pending transactions for easier tracking, this would help a lot. Sometimes when a payment is going out on Thursday it doesn't appear at all on register until Tuesday. If listed as pending would help with tracking. I hate to rate this amazing app 1 star just to feel like someone read the review. With any acknowledgement of this I will change back to 5 stars.

The new updates are great! Smooth, easy navigation. Even sends me alerts when large deposits or withdrawals are made.

Will give 5 stars when you up the transfer limit....preferably unlimited but I know that's asking too much.

I love this app. I love the bank too! This app is sooo easy to use! You can choose to log in using your fingerprint if you'd like. Love this!

Being able to deposit checks from my phone is the biggest plus for me. The location listing comes in handy too.

Convenient, but has a couple of frustrating bugs. Often when I deposit a check via the app, it fails to properly take an image of the rear. Usually it is skewed, but sometimes it refuses entirely to recognize that the image is perfectly usable.

ECU is the best for so many reasons.. The App is great on my Samsung Galaxy S6.. Thankful for the shortcut to the account balance and the fingerprint.
