We often have issues with the check deposit. It will cant the picture when it crops it and make it unreadable. Very frustrating.

Its just the website.. Very unprofessional. Would like an APP not a website shortcut... What a pain.

Pretty buggy. It times out and doesn't let you log in on occasion.

Mobile deposits are tricky, and will use only when necessary, though once you get the check aligned the image is clear. I've used the other features of the app for awhile and like it a lot. Very convenient!

Nothing revolutionary about this app but very happy now that my new phone allows me to log in with fingerprint. It had gotten ridiculous trying to remember my password with all the changes.

Love it. Only thing I would love even better is if I could submit transfers/payments on my mortgage. Is this possible?

I've been banking with Westconsin for years and I never have a bad experience. You truly can count on Westconsin! The people are nice and friendly and talk me through everything!

Needs an email option for password recovery, needlessly complicated. Secure but somewhat inaccessible logging in.

When I don't have time to get on my regular computer, this makes it easy and convenient! :)

Great asset to have! Wish there was more options to view spending like the desktop version. Also an easier way to pay credit cards on the app as well. Otherwise it's great!

The check deposit for the back side of a check is always a little off. Takes me several times to be high enough above the check for it to correctly register.
