The app normally rejects my paychecks due to "deposit policy." I am assuming this is because the app is horrible at reading the correct amount usually needing me to input the amount I entered as correct. Smdh.

Easy to use and a secure way to do a quick check on my accounts. I don't pay bills on here, I just check my accounts and transfer money. Transferring is easy and immediate, and checking accounts is as easy as just logging in and looking at numbers. There's reminders when you open the app of any times they'll be upgrading servers soon or any other anticipated down times. Overall a wonderful app that's easy to use.

The extra step to verify the picture is annoying and unnecessary. And then the verification process is slow. It would be nice if there was automatic picture-taking like other banking institutions have for mobile depositing. I do like that I don't have to enter a decimal point.

I especially like the mobile deposit feature. The bill pay is not as easy to use. If you want to review your overall bills for the month, it's best to go on the computer, but for a quick, specific payment, it is usually fine.

Please bring back electronic bill pay options to include due bill notification bill viewing. Without those features, bill pay is useless. This defeats the purpose of efficient and relevant mobile app options. Removing those features in an app upgrade took a five star app down to useless.

Can't deposit into my money market account ANYMORE! Why make a new version app and take away GOOD things that we used! Let's get it fixed.

It is the way an app should be. Takes care of business without all the distracting bells and whistles! Love it just the way it is.

The app works great and is a huge improvement to the previous one, my only issue is that I can't schedule, or edit my reoccurring transfers. I have to use the website for it, but this is just to my knowledge

Memo line for transfer is missing and Mobil check deposit doesn't always work.

Launches quickly, works reliably, complete functionality. I typically use mobile check deposit and account summary.

Keeps logging you out as you are taking pictures of the check.

The login is a little different but easy to use. Mobile Deposit was also different. If you're using Mobile deposit, make sure your check isn't wrinkled or bent. And has no shadows. :)
