It's a user friendly app. I moved out of WA, and direct deposit was not available for reimbursement checks with my company. There are no Heritage Banks in CA. The photo deposit made my life so much easier! It's simple and quick.

I moved out of state and have come to rely on mobile check deposits and I have rarely had any issues. As long as the flash is used and the check is placed on a dark background the pics come out excellent!

It's so frickin hard to get an acceptable picture of your check. Looks like a bad fax. Why can't this be better? Other than that it's fine.

Check deposit has always been a pain. Looking into switching to another bank if this problem doesn't get resolved.

The people at the Auburn branch are so nice and easy to bank with. This app is super easy to use. I haven't had any issues with it.

This app provides fast and easy access to all of my acounts, I just launch, lay my finger on the fingerprint scanner and I'm instantly in my accounts. I can make payments, see what's cleared and pending, check on balances and transfer between accounts. I can make fast check deposits with my phone's camera, I never have any trouble with that, it must be the great camera on my Galaxy Note 5. With this app I never have to worry about what's going on with my money. Thanks!

Love it! It's kinda hard to do the app on my cell phone...but it's convenient when you don't have a desk top to access

Easy to use, efficient and simple.

After 35 years of banking at the same location this bank takes over and is unwilling to take 3rd party checks! WTF I often take my wife's check made out to her from her brother or sister and she signs them over to me rather then make the trip to her credit union. We could make this a joint account but 18 years together we've never had the need to. There is ZERO RISK to bank money since my money in the account covers until the check clears. It is a bank policy not a federal law but they didn't want to admit it. They have ZERO regard for customer service. In the end I closed out my $60,000.00 and found a better bank!

Not bad, but there is always room for improvement. Like the ability to add money to my account that doesn't exist. ;)

App works great except for depositing checks. A week later they come back and say it didn't process and you're overdrawn. Oopsie! And you gotta run to the bank right this minute and deposit it the old-fashioned way to save yourself from overdraft fees.
