The check deposit interface is not well implemented and could surely be improved. Its local processing is slow and very fussy, and it often insists on re-examination of perfectly clear photos, which wastes time. Other such apps that I have used perform this process much more smoothly and efficiently.

The deposit feature needs work. It seems to hang forever before completing deposit. Other than that no issue and works as expected.

I love the updates to the mobile banking app! Works like a charm, and even when there are small problems customer service has always been there to help me.

This has been a very helpful app and the Washington Trust Company has always worked hard for me as a customer.

Works well, but the deposit feature is tricky. Requires several uploads of the check image before accepting.

Absolutely love the swipe down feature that was just added..so much easier when u need to just see ur balance quick... Love it..totally 5 stars

Like the app, needs to show the bills in bill pay, a copy off the actual bill would be good or at least how much the bill is and due date. Also, accounts should show a ballance after each transaction. I would like to see transactions posted same day.

I know you're' not open on weekends but the rest of the world is so maybe just maybe you could come up with a way for the online and app banking to update between during the weekend. Its 2015 most other banks do it. I like the small town bank and the person service when i am in a branch but need to step it up on the tech side.

This app makes banking so much easier for me.

I do love the WTC but they really need to update their mobile application to real time. All banks seem to be on real time. You swipe your card, you can see it immediately. With WTC you have to wait until business hours. It's not very convenient.
