This app used to work well before I upgraded to Nougat. After upgrading my Nexus 5x to Nougat I can no longer do mobile deposits. Everytime I try to cash a check the app logs me out immediately after taking the picture of the check. It also shows an error message stating that I was logged out due to inactivity even though I had logged in only a few seconds before.

Most good app. Dont like having to log in to PC to see account specifics. Deposit images are subpar. But over all not the worst app every.

I got a new phone and tried downloading and uninstalling this app 4 times and it still comes with an error. Please fix. I had this app on my old phone and it worked perfectly

I've bn a TFCU customer 4 40-yrs. & although I think that speaks 4 itself, I will clarify. They've made it possible 4 me 2 have an account w/checking, savings, loans, overdrafts, bill pay, & email. I'm not good w/numbers, a fact w/which they r well acquainted, & they help me every step of the way. Most banks would've given up on me. Credit unions would've cancelled my account long b4 now. Tower Federal Credit Union has stuck by me despite my financial foibles & worked w/me. They r gr8!

It has gotten better over time, but it's still missing the ability to view eStatements. It may come as a shock that sometimes people actually want to view statements (or just look at something in the account more than six months back). That is currently totally impossible on mobile.

Love the app. Feels very modern and easy to use. I wish TFCU would get with Android Pay too, but that's another issue all together. 5/5

Doesn't offer access to see payee statement balances or minimum payment due. Would be nice to be able to see reoccurring payment schedules, options to edit or cancel, etc.

I have had an account with TFCU since i was 18: forty years later, i still would rather have them than any other. Low or no fees, the best security available, and super quick whenever i need to call the service departments: short wait times and courteous, complete assistance. I have had ridiculous demands from other banks (a $40 fee to cash a check "because i didn't have an account there," altho it was an expense check [on their payroll system] from them!]), and the usual interminable waits from "help" desk

I opened my TFCU account after bank of America forcibly (against my wishes) closed my accounts that receive my direct deposits for my military pension and VA disability. After being a customer for only a couple weeks and with a credit score of 540, TFCU gave me 2 loans totalling over $8,500. Shortly after issuing my bank card, TFCU'S security disallowed me to withdraw money from an atm known to them to be in a high crime area BECAUSE OF THE RISK. TFCU cares. Bank of America doesnt.

The check deposits come in quite handy

I use this app very often. It makes it easy to keep track of my balance and activity on my account to insure that there are no fraudulent transactions. I can transfer money and deposit checks right from my phone! The convenience is priceless!

Works great. Ez to use. Does what i need it to do. Jeeze guys! I rated you once. Stop bugging me.

It's not like the desktop but it's pretty dang close. Good job tower thank you for a working app.

Its nearly impossible to use the deposit check feature. Update: 0ct 16-16 deposit is flawless now!

The tower federal app has given me better access and more control over my accounts and managing my finances. I am so grateful they created the app, its really helped me save money and it's given me a better understanding of my spending and how to better manage it. I love the app great job TF!!

Is one of the worst online banking app. You will not have access to it everyday. Is not reliable. The connection feels old and crappy. I will close my account. Is 2017 not 1985

The app has been improved a lot. When making deposits in the past I would have to take several pictures before they would be be acceptable. With the updates I can usually get a good image on the first try.

The recent update that allowed for fingerprint authentication fixed the api2 camera problem has pushed this app from three to five stars

Thank you for updating this app for those of us with a fingerprint scanner. I love being able to use this feature on my HTC 10. Keep up the great job of being the top credit union in the US.

I love the "swipe down to check balance" feature. Saves me a lot of time when I'm at the register and want to make sure I'm good to go. Super quick and responsive app. Thanks!

I have yet to find something I wanted to do with this app that I haven't been able to do. It's stable, convenient, and generally even pretty fast.

Also converts image to b&w fax quality. Developer is not interested in fixing app to work properly.

Newest version is so much sleek than the last. I can see details of the person I am transferring money to. Easy to use and I love the fact that I can see the balance with each transaction. Awesome.

I have used this application with no problems. Everything works as it should. Everything is easy to use. No regrets:-) This is a great aaplication, and it keeps getting better!

Takes FOREVER to load! Also always says service not available!

It's extremely light sensitive. It will often say a check is too dark and then too bright with nothing having changed.

Came out clear. Just a little difficult keeping out the shadows.

Love it! It's extremely convenient especially for me because I don't live near a branch right now and so it's really helpful to have.

I fought doing this, nut now I'm glad I did. Easy to use.

Could use more info, including line-item credit card charges.

The only thing I wish was different is being able to view credit card transactions the way I can view transactions in other accounts.

It would be nice to view your credit card amount owed in the app.

I moved so I'm not near a branch anymore but with the app I can do almost everything I need to do.

Great app. The only issue I have is when I use it to deposit checks from work. The checks are bigger than normal checks and so the app has problems fitting it in the picture window and taking a clear picture. Can take me up to an hour to get it to take (faster to go to the bank) though it works perfectly on standard checks. Other than that it's great!

Love the latest version! The only thing missing for me now is the ability to set up transfers between accounts in advance (not just immediate, one-time transfers). For that feature, I still have to log into the full Web site. But this app really is first rate - well done!

Love being able to remote deposit. I had one criticism previously that it was difficult to remote deposit large sized checks due to the small space on the screen dedicated for the picture. They have since corrected that issue and I love using the app now

The account system is just set much to slow, for a payment transaction: this is 2016 right?

This makes my life so much easier as I travel frequently. I have been a member since the late 80's and wouldn't consider going elsewhere!

They finally updated their app and fixed the camera check depositing on the Nexus 5x (Android 6.0). The image is no longer reversed and flipped.

Pay all my bills on the go, never freezes! Thank you.
