I haven't been able to use this app on my phone for about a week now. Keeps crashing before I can even sign in. Also, just says that the app stops working but there is no option for me to send a crash report. Will change my rating again once it starts working with out problems.

Good app and the new quick balance feature without logging in is Great. I'd like to see a feature added to allow searching transaction like there is on the web site.

Features are simple and easy to use. Very straight forward, allows me to check balances and transfer with ease.. I like the mobile check deposit, but it is very difficult to get a clean picture. Sometimes have to retake multiple times to include all of the pertinent information. All in all a great app

Nice to have access at the tip of your fingers. Would be nice to add a note to payee with online bill pay, but other than that has worked fine.

I love community trust and their customer service. Though, I moved away from the area and it was a pain to deposit checks. I've been using this app since it came out, and check deposits have been much easier!

The mobile check deposit is great and I use it each week, no problems. Works great when I'm using Wifi.

Check balances, transfer money. Deposit feature is useful and intuitive, but not 100% reliable depending on lighting (high contrast between the cheque and the table is necessary; white cheque on a white counter doesn't work).

Have tried to use check mode and it doesn't focus well. Also have had issues when trying to transfer funds and it locks up. Overall it's not a bad app, just a few important glitches they need to correct

When depositing checks, the picture mode is VERY difficult to get a focused picture
