I agree you shouldn't have to write an essay to endorse a mobile deposit... I also agree no other bank I've used requires so much on an endorsement.... also picture taking software is difficult and requires several retakes much of the time.

There have been many improvements to the app in the last year. Keep up the good work!

I shouldn't have to write an essay on the back of the check when I am trying to make a deposit. No other Bank app makes me do that and FDIC regulations only require a signature. I limit my deposit and still have issues. Other aspects are good and Bank of Delmarva is a great little local bank.
