The app, like the bank, is fantastic. I just discovered the feature where I can check my balance by swiping down without logging in and I love it. I just wish the app would let me write a memo for my transfers. I move my money around a lot and this would be useful for me.

I'd give it a 5, but there's always room for improvement. ATM's aren't always free. CBC doesn't charge for usage, but there have been a few times where the facility charged a fee.

I really like this app. It's user friendly and easy to navigate.

Love this camera deposit

All went great, but when I tried to deposit a check it would not let me. You need to call them for approval. It may be because the account is new or less than 1 year old. I was able to work something out by telling them that I had an older account and that was the trick to getting the deposit future working on my new tablet, oh yeah, the deposit feture will not work on the Amazon`s Kindle Fire HD platforms if there is only a back camara on the device. All and all, it does everything that I needed it to do. I never thought banking would be this fun! I love the Bill Pay feture, no more buying stamps!!!!

When I deposit my checks it seems to have a problem with the camera I take a good picture and it just comes out black for both front and back

I love this app. It helps so much when transferring money when I'm not able to go to the bank. This app helps me manage my bank account so well.

Great app and not cluttered with so many other things.

The only thing I'd like to see is the ability to go from one account to another account without actually having to log out of the first account. I wouldn't mind having to enter UN and PW for the second (or third account) but logging off and back on is dead time.

I have been with CBC Federal Credit Union for many years and was very happy to find out that they had an app. I was even more happy when the added the feature to deposit checks via the app. I moved and am no longer within driving distance of a branch. The features of the app make it much easier to keep this bank.

Mobile deposit camera just doesn't work well. Takes less time to drive to a branch than to get a check photo in focus

Its convenient and functional. Not very aesthetically pleasing, but the functionality is what matters

Its great app to use everyday to check your acct. No problems. Just do it!

This app was very hard to get the perfect picture. I must have taken at least 50+ pictures before the app would accept the pic. Pain in the you know what!
