I have been a user from day 1!! I will be a cheerleader always for BFCU. I hear everyone's complaints at other banks, I am grateful to not have to experience those issues. Always satisfied!! I have been a member for 23 years. Love love the 2017 upgrades!

The app Does NOT show your actual account balance. I've noticed many times, that it shows incorrect values for your caching account, especially after withdrawals of over 100 dollars. It takes about 2-3 days for the app to display the actual amount left after the purchase or withdrawal. It's annoying that you cannot know for sure what do you have on your account. Horrible app.

I've been baking with BFCU for over 10 years and love the app and the customer service I recieve over the phone and inside the bank.

Had it at a 5 but it keeps asking for a review again. First review was insufficient?

I love that I can access my funds on the go, make transfers easily, and keep track of expenditures.

I like it but the check deposit doesn't work!

Very convenient and gets the job done when I need to transfer money for purchases.

The mobile deposit could stand to more user friendly. Like showing bank account numbers so the user can deposit easier

I been with them since the 90`,I enjoy been a value customer and I never have any problems with them. I will recommend them to family and friends.

Love this app. Quickly view balances on several accounts, transfer between accounts and pay bills. Never had a problem.

Recent update let's you see account activity on a tablet. Great for keeping track of your accounts.

The only thing that would make it better would be to be able to see pending transactions.

It would be nice to see pending transactions.... if it had this one feature I'd go 5 stars....
