This app is fast, and sleek, and has all the functionality that an average user can hope for. That being said it is lacking in a few features that would bump it up a few stars in my book. The way your transactions are displayed is somewhat ridiculous, with a full bar for the date going across the screen. This hinders easily seeing and understanding your transactional data. My suggestion is have the ability to customize what and how the account will display. 2nd, please add a search/sort feature.

People don't seem to realize that you must reregister for a new user and password online before the app will work. The app doesn't make this clear and throws errors instead. The devs should address this. Works great though! Much better interface.

The 2 things that I don't like are the inability to check off things I've already balanced in my checkbook (same problem with full website!!) And inability to transfer $ to outside account with app

Great app for my credit union, every now and then there's a small glitch and one time I had a problem with a mobile deposit, but they're usually quick to fix things in the next update.

I'm out of town often and the bay fed app makes it easy to handle transfers, track deposits and online bill pay

Great job bringing this app up to date, love the finger print reader! One request I have is to help me locate nearby ATM's [both fee free, and not] (OpenStreetMaps maybe?). I travel a lot, and it's difficult to find partner credit unions, and nearly impossible to deposit cash outside of the local area.

I love how you guys, though somewhat still lagging in the technology side, are moving quickly to get up to date and able to compete with some of the larger banks out there. Would love to see access via fingerprint like so many other financial apps... Having the retina scan is pointless since the only phone that had it was pulled off the market

The Bay Federal banking app has made life so much easier. I have all of my spending habits in one place and it up dates so fast. Not to mention I can easily make credit card payments in seconds!

It's ok, closes due to inactivity a little quickly and this can be a bit annoying. It is also a little clunky. But I like being able to use the atm from my phone.

I'm really impressed with this app. I can perform 90% if my weekly tasks right from my phone. Even transfer money. Never run into bugs, either. I only wish there were a few more zeros at the end of my balance but that's a personal thing. =)

Being able to deposit checks for my business from home every week is great, especially since the teller machines are so finicky w checks... Via the app is slow, asks twice for almost every check if I'm sure, and then takes 30 seconds per side, per check to process, so a total of 2 minutes per check, but still preferable to the teller machines!

This app is legit. I have been able to keep my Bay Fed account regardless of where I've moved for work outside of SC because of the awesome transfer and mobile deposit features! Thanks for making it Proud BFCU member since 4th grade @ Westlake

First off I always loved Bayfed, it's a great bank! Now even more since their keeping up with the times through their always updating app. I love that I can check my accounts, makes transfers, and pay my bills from anywhere now. Thanks, Bayfed!

Many times when I log in, it doesn't show the correct balance, which can be very misleading and frustrating! So I don't count on it for that anymore, I just use it for depositing checks electronically.

I prefer this credit union to my old bank and now it has top quality app and online banking so I closed my old bank accounts. This app is just what I needed to finally switch it all over.

Use it all the time. Love that I can make payments, transfer money but wish I could more easily transfer money between other bay fed customers

Nice work folks! Really handy and pretty friendly to use to boot! Now just work on those debit card chips! :)
