The app can do so much and its easy to use. I have my balance in seconds, and just a little more time to transfer between accounts.

This app is just as lousy as their entire bank is.

There has to be absolute perfect light in order to deposit the check otherwise you're doing it seemingly forever retaking and retaking

The app is great. When you use a regular web browser to access the bank you have to get a code every time you log on if you are a person who follows security protocols and clears your cookies all the time. The app doesn't make you do that so it is a lot easier. The bank of Greene County in general is a great bank. If you have an issue you can actually talk to a person who has authority to do something about it. The vice presidents of the bank are locals who live in our community and it will sit and listen to you. I really can't understand why anyone would use a national or commercial bank if you live in the Greene County NY area.

Thus app is great for lazy people like myself

I've had a supposed "e-checking" account for like 2 or months, which it's really just a checking account, being that I havnt been able to use the "e" part of the service, this app has not worked at all and neither has the website for me. Nobody in any location or the on the hot line has been able to help me. Bank of Greene county is a pathetic excuse for a financial institution. I opened this kind of account to be able to use the features it includes and just ended up with a cheap tool set and a useless app

I have a Galaxy S5 running Marshmallow 6.0.1. I recently updated BGC mobile app to version 5.2.1.0 which is suppose to have the fingerprint scanner feature, however I have not been able to get this feature to work as it still asks for my user ID and password. Multiple calls to customer service has not resolved the problem as none of the representatives I spoke to were familiar with the new feature.

It's simple to use. Follow instructions, take a clear picture, and money is available the same day, if you deposit before 1pm!

Of course there are improvements that can be made but I'm very happy with accuracy and speed of this app.
