I love the fact that I can do all my banking without leaving my home, including check deposits!

Would have given the app a 5.... But I don't like the fact that my transfer transactions are limited.

Every time I take a pic of the back of a check to deposit the app rotates it and says retake. Front never a problem, only the back.

Always shuts down as soon as I open

There can never be to much ease of access.

Love that its easy to use and has mobile deposit. With they either didnt limit transfers or showed how many you have left though

The image processing is really substandard and e-deposits take forever to clear.

This app really helps out a lot. Easy to check everything, find ATM's, and transfer money. It also show your history of what has been deposited and withdrawed. I would definitely recommend this crdeit union and app.

The app is good and recently went from terrible to pretty decent. The recent update made check deposits something you can do without needing breathing exercises to keep you from smashing your phone and driving to a brick and mortar location to cash it. Easier navigation as well. The app was a 1 star but has become a 3 star. Good overall with room for improvement. Update: The app is fairly easy to navigate and is very helpful but I spoke too soon about the check deposit feature. It is terrible. No matter what I do, it will not simply take a picture of my check for deposit. In good lighting and using a high contrast solid color background is the only way to even attempt to use this function. Even then it distorts the images as if you were taking a wide angle shot from one corner of the check. I have no idea how this happens but it is very frustrating. I recently changed from a LG G4 to a LG Stylo 3 Plus and the camera upgrade has made it slightly easier to use. LAKE TRUST, FIX THIS FEATURE!!! Down to 2 stars for this reason.

unable to pay credit card payments with it... if that was possible id give it 5 stars

Limited amount of transfers between checking and savings? That makes no sense. If that didn't exist I'd rate 5. No other comments, just very inconvenient.

Easy to use. Good design and user friendly. Will give it a 5 if they up or remove the limit on transfer transactions. I dont use bill pay yet but am not hesitant to start when I make Lake Trust my primary account. Lake Trust is a good bank and they have great customer service.

I love this app and credit union! I don't believe its the app that doesnt allow only so many transfers with savings accounts...I think it may be a law? Not sure, but 6 transfers a month is plenty or you can go to the branch and do more! Or get another checking account!

Not bad except it fails to notify me of an impending overdraft before I get charged a $5 fee.

I love it when my wife gets out at 5pm its to late to go inside the bank so i go to the atm and pop my money in there then check it here its awsome and nomatter whos doimg wrong my lake trust calls its awsome

Really like the ease of checking my balance. Very disappointed that there is no mobile check deposit in the latest update. The main reason I put the app on my phone was to save myself the time of travelling to the bank and home. The tellers at my local branch were trying like crazy to help me, but they weren't able to figure it out either. Hopefully.this feature will be fixed soon.

Most of the app is as expected but one feature that is not working properly is the low balance push notification. That feature works about half the time and sometimes too late to handle the situation quick enough to avoid fees.

I think this app works great. Does what i need it to.

I like the convenience of being able to use my cellphone for my Lake Trust savings acct.

Mobile deposit has gotten much better. Just raised my rating from 4 to 5.

App is clean and smaller in size, runs well even on limited system rescources. Would be nice if like before you could see your balance after each transaction, rather than just a total overall. But almost all banking apps use this format these days, so not surprised. I've had my Lake Trust account since I was 2yr old, back when it was Huron River CU. They continue to this day to be a quality financial institution.
