CCU Mobile Banking for Android
This app crashes everytime I try to view messages. It also asks me for login credentials several times even though I'm putting in the correct ones. It will work the second or third time. This app is frustrating at best. Not a good way to start the banking relationship CCU!
I gave it a 5 because it does what I need, and my needs are simple. I'm with North Island CU. My only complaint is that I get duplicate notifications: in messaging, and in the app, but in order to clear the app notification, I have to log in.
After the merge and the update it doesn't work for North Island users. Pretty sure I over drafted because i have no idea how much i had on mothersday. Great time to kick us off the app.
Screw this app CCU, you messed up big time. I can't get into this app, it asked me to change my password and I try to and i keep getting "application error please try again later" and as for everyone that says the app works on Wi-Fi. Are you telling me I can only check my banking at home or some unsecure Wi-Fi? CCU, you changed your app once earlier this year and it was great, now you scrap that and give us this garbage! Maybe hire a new I.T. team
Since this app has been updated it has a lot of problems. Before with the older versions it was eady to view accounts and pay bills. Now you have to go to the website which directs you to another website to make payments.
Won't let me log in, just tells me to update... This is happening now since I've updated. Not a good start
The last app was just great before the new merger. I am not able to login in to the new one & it's a real inconvenience. Hate it!
I love this app, I find myself dreaming about it at night I love it so much. I wish to run away to Acupolco & have an affair with this app. App do you feel they same way about me?
Well look at the rest of the reviews, this garbage doesn't work. Fire your app developer. They don't know what they're doing.
OG North island member, Samsung s7 user. Smooth transition from NI to CCU. I haven't experienced any of the problems people have stated in the reviews here. My old login credentials still work. All real time updates, mobile deposit is a lot faster. No issues!

Too many changes made it more complex! Issues with the pop money, issues with transferring funds to the credit card account, and before it all so simple. Ready to make a change!
Terrible. I am a California Credit Union member and since it merged this App does not work. It says I have I have money available, then puts through a purchase from 2 days ago and charges me an insufficient funds fee. It was even double charging me when I didn't have enough to cover the insufficient funds fee. I got a paycheck and it was not showing up on the App. This app makes it impossible to track the money in my account and has cost me quite a bit in rediculous fees.
I am a NICU member so pretty much the same just with CCU logo. I still... Love some of the new features like seeing balance from log in screen. It worked fine after the switch with same login and password. Thanks for making the merge a smooth transition for us NICU members!
It WORKS now perfect!! At first i had the same problem as everyone but its fixed. Use your old login credentials.
For everyone who says that the app doesn't even work, it does. I at first felt the same way. But when I did the confirmation, I got a message that I wasn't connected to WiFi. When I did connect to WiFi, I tried this app again. This time, I was successful. I was able to get into it.
Pretty sure i overdrafted this weekend because of this. Their atm wouldnt even show me a balance. Should of done it during the week and not on mothers day weekend guys.
Since the update/merger. NOTHING WORKS. It's an inconvenience, I have no idea how much money I even have. Not happy with this at all.
It's trash, locked me out of my account although I used correct password and password sent to me by phone call. I used phone, put in my social security #, but since I'm away from home, I don't know my customer id!
Does not work, really frustrating when you need to check account information while being out of town
Doesn't work after the switch. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still doesn't work. Not cool dude.
Overall it's good, but I gave it a 3.5 because it won't let me Edit a payment I already have scheduled thru Bill Pay even though it's still 2 weeks out. It only allows U to Cancel it or make a new 1.
App is useless once it switched from NIFCU . Uninstalled and tried again no good.

I can't log in anymore! The old app was fine. I installed and uninstalled, but it won't work. Please fix this asap!
I asked a CCU representative about the VISA transactions not showing up in the app and when it will become available again, guess what! She said it won't! Can you believe that? What a bummer. I think I need to switch banks this sucks!
I hate this app now once they didn't listen to the people and did what they wanted it just screwed everyone over and now we are charged for every little thing we do go back pull out of this hell hole you stuck us all in, I've never been so disappointed in my life as I am with this bank LISTEN TO YOUR MEMBERS !!!!!!!

Not happy with this site at all. I am unable to access my account.
Since the merger it's been a hassle to use the app. I had to basically do everything over. This app wouldn't accept my information.

I don't like the new logo, but the app is still working great on my Note 7.
Have trepidation each time CCU updates site but no issues so far!

Great, I rarely ever have to go in to a branch now. Which is great as the branch keeps moving farther away!
Many technical issue at bad times. Defeats the point of mobile banking.
App crashes and has less features than the old one.
Excellent. It doesn't crash... it is fast... I can transfer between accounts, I can view every transaction or a quick summary, etc etc. It simply work as intended.

App doesn't work. Not sure if I can use my old north island pass word and user name but doesn't give me the option to setup a new one either. Not too happy about this. They have today to fix the problem or I'm picking up my money!!!!
