Good service and legit. Card would get declined after a few uses but was because of big purchase and setting spending habbit on card. After I called to confirm a few purchases and conform they were mine, which is good, my card got unlocked and haven't had an issue since. Just got my direct deposit set up too. Good bank!

Overall it's a fantastic app. The speed and convenience of being able to deposit my checks without having to go to anywhere is why I use it. :)

It can be a little slow processing funds but other than that the convenience of everything is fantastic!

Check depositing does not work at all. Not even 10%. Not even 5%. Edge finding algorithm is absolutely abysmal. I just tried no fewer than 20 times and could not get it to work. Yes, I placed my check on a contrasting background (literally white on black), and yes I moved the camera closer/farther/everywhere, the edge indicators are WAY OFF every time. This is a huge failure on your part. Without this feature you cannot claim you have mobile check depositing and you WILL lose clients because of this. Last app update date is July 2015??? Shows how much you care about your customers' experience with mobile banking.

The app is easy to use. I just wish there was a way to look at the images of deposited items.

When you deposit a check the camera is all upside down and very hard to navigate. Try it for yourself and see. It needs to be fixed immediately.

Interest on accounts, points for using debit card. It's all good.

Works as it should so far, though I've had a couple of login failures or unresponsive messages...

Need to retake the check picture many times over because the app un-center the picture. It is really annoying to have to spend more than 5 minutes trying to deposit 1 check.

The only thing I don't like is that I cannot do external transfers. Otherwise, great!

Spent 30 min trying to get right photo from back of check. Very frustrating. Images don't have any resolution and it's not my phone which is brand new.

Simple and effective app from a UI point of view. However, setup with bank reps and being made aware of the waiting period for deposits on an account that hasn't been active in awhile can be frustrating. Overall good app though.

App works well, but it would be awesome to have bank to bank transfer abilities, instead of just account to account (bank 5 only) money transfers.

I was surprised at the high quality of this app considering Bankfive is a smaller regional bank, but I like it more than my other nationwide bank's app. Easy transfers, mobile check deposit. And it looks nice too.

I cannot deposit a check using the app no matter how many times I retake the images and regardless of where I take them, light adjustments, etc. This should be fixed asap because it's so much more convenient!
