This is the easiest most intuitive straightforward online banking ap I've ever used and because of my line of work I've had to use as for so many, Chase , Citibank (terrible) and Bank of America (seems designed to piss people off). So combined with great hours and great customer service Bank United is my home. Shout out to Chris Truster at Wilton Manors Florida branch. )

Nicely designed, works every time I need to make a deposit.

Great for me. I'm a contractor and don't have to bother finding a branch or worry about hours the bank is open. But I will miss the sweetness of my tellers!

I like how a month after putting out a review about the application lacking mobile check deposits, they fixed it. However I would like to see an external transfer option kinda like the one Chase has. Come on BU!

Just upgraded to the new marshmallow software on my Samsung Galaxy s6 edge... does not work at all.... went thru the steps of the text and all and gave me a message saying that it can't process the info and to try back later....

Bank United was late to the market with the automatic check deposit capabilities. It just came out, I tried it and very old fashion. They should really bring a better system that is not so cumbersome and slow

Would be a 5 star app but occasionally I run into something I need to use my PC for. if I could give this a 4.5 or even a 4.7 I would. UPDATE--5 Srs

This app works great. Really helps me get a quick picture of my account status and transfer money between accounts when needed.

They need to catch up with the competitors... The fact that I can't do mobile deposit is really dissatisfying. Overall good application performance and very straight forward.

For a group from the East coast, they know how to give down home service.

This is a really good app but you need mobile deposit.

I installed this app to monitor my bussiness account. But this app is only for personal checking account. And also have very least features on it. So totally waste of time.

This app is easy to use and has everything I need. I do a lot of transfer but I do not use it to pay bills online. Works for me.
