Had newly scheduled monthly bills and none remained scheduled and were not paid automatically. This is VERY BAD! Also cannot find a confirmation number. Cannot see an entire page on tablet like I am able to with a laptop computer. Each upgrade to your system seems to make banking w/ you more user UNFRIENDLY.

The app works beautifully. I'm glad they do mobile deposit now (they were a little behind, say, Navy Federal CU getting that feature). I wish i could transfer from my account to my wife's at Navy Fed, though, that's kind of annoying. Still, good solid app.

Sometimes it will not let me transfer it says "Application Error, We are unable to display your information at this time. Please try again later." Definitely screwed me over a few times.

Love the mobile deposit feature, so easy. I travel a lot to areas there are no branches available... Problem solved.

Sometimes when I go to bill pay, it tells me the app cannot process my request and try again later.

Easy and clear to use. It will glitch occasionally when trying to deposit by phone, but handy and clean overall. I do have a Marshmallow device, but I can't track down how to use fingerprint ID.

I log in just about every day. I don't have to spend a day balancing my checkbook anymore. And using my fingerprint means one less password to remember.

I miss the log out button at top of screen but other than that very user friendly.

I enjoy using the mobile android ap. One suggestion for improvement would be to allow for setting up future dates for bill pay.

I'm able to do all of my banking from any location without having access to my laptop and it's so user friendly

This app isn't so terribly fancy that it would be complicated to use. But also works very well and gets the job done!

Got locked out so I signed up online and now the app won't let me sign in

Have lived on the opposite side of the States for the past five years. I have kept KCU as my primary banking option because of their user friendly mobile banking options.

This app is very user friendly, rarely has any type of issues, plus I love being able to deposit my checks through it! Great app!

I dont use this app very often, but when i do i always find it easy to use and navigate.

I have the Nexus 6p and logging in with the fingerprint scanner makes banking so much easier and in my opinion much more secure!

Allows me to check my balances. Set up Bill pay. And locate banks. I use it daily

I love being able to check my accounts on the go and transfer money when and if I need to. It's a huge convenience.

Can be fickle when trying to deposit but overall good and very helpful
